Crooked Leaning Lamp

I just unpacked the box that my lamp came in and the lamp is crooked. I took it apart & reassembled it 3xs and got the same crooked end result. I can’t get it to stand straight up without leaning. I am past the return date & am now stuck with a crooked leaning lamp.
