A: Thanks for reaching out. Hair at the roots tend to be less damaged and therefore not need as much conditioning as the tips. We also suggest to avoid the roots to create more volume - for consumers with longer hair, we'd recommend applying from mid length to the tips. If you have short hair, all over works too!

Q: Why would I switch to the reusable canisters with plastic refill bottles instead of continuing to purchase the one time use plastic bottles? Aren't they both made with 100% recycled plastic? Will you eventually transition to a plastic-free refill method?

This product smells great but is ineffective for my hair. The shampoo is very good but the conditioner sucks. It left my hair feeling dry and rough feeling. I would steer away from this product.

This shampoo and conditioner is trash. I purchased bc the ingredients sounded good and smelled good as well. Every time I washed my hair it was dry and matted . I thought it was my extensions, it wasn’t. I loaded up on conditioner thinking bc I have thin hair it would help, it made it worse. Today I switched back to my good ol shampoo and bam, my hair is perfect. I blew it out and it’s great. Anytime before I ended up putting my hair up bc it looked so bad.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for YEARS. In the last 6-12 months, my hair has not been the same. The formula change was TERRIBLE. My hair either feels dry or like I didn't wash it at all- no in between. Seems like the conditioner is more of an issue than the shampoo. It took me a while to realize what was causing this and after changing some other products I use, I believe this to be the culprit. Someday these companies will learn to leave well enough alone and stop making unnecessary changes to their product. This is now the second hair care brand I've given up on this year alone due to poor formula changes. Now I have to go through the hassle and wasting money trying to find a new brand. Smh.

I love how this conditioner makes my hair feel: Lightweight and silky. On the fence about the scent. It’s floral and coconut but also smells like the air freshener used in port-a-potties. Kind of weird.

Horrible formula change, it’s hard to brush through my hair. I used these products religiously for years and now I have to find a new shampoo/conditioner. Also getting rid of the large bottles and adding $2-3 to the price of the small ones is such a joke.

Fine haired folks, THIS is it. The best conditioner you’ll find. The only one I’ve ever used that genuinely doesn’t weigh my hair down, whilst also providing enough moisture & nourishment. Love Beauty & Planet please don’t ever discontinue or reformulate this!! There’s enough conditioners on the market for thicker hair, let us fine haired girlies have this one.

This has been my favorite conditioner for years! I have straight fine hair. This is the only drug store volumizing conditioner I’ve used that actually feels like it makes a difference. My hair is light and soft, and it smells nice all day!

I used this coconut water and mimosa flower conditioner with the matching shampoo. These products smell amazing, and the coconut notes really come through and work well with the floral scent. However, once my hair was dry, I was unimpressed by the results. My hair didn't feel as hydrated as I would like, and I also saw no noticeable difference in volume. While I love the fragrance, the conditioner's performance is not strong enough for me to start using this product as my regular conditioner.
