Q: why does the conditioners "how to use" instructions state; "AVOID THE ROOTS?" scary? yup.
A: Thanks for reaching out. Hair at the roots tend to be less damaged and therefore not need as much conditioning as the tips. We also suggest to avoid the roots to create more volume - for consumers with longer hair, we'd recommend applying from mid length to the tips. If you have short hair, all over works too!

Q: Why would I switch to the reusable canisters with plastic refill bottles instead of continuing to purchase the one time use plastic bottles? Aren't they both made with 100% recycled plastic? Will you eventually transition to a plastic-free refill method?
A: We're so disappointed to learn you feel this way. We are always listening to our fans and updating our product lines to offer new innovations and products that meet their changing preferences. We've shared your comments with our team. Thanks.
