I'm a full time college student and work part time. I have anxiety disorder as well and it makes it hard to get work done or focus on other things. I honestly can't tell any difference while taking these supplements - however, I do take prescription medication for my ADHD, so that might play into it. I won't be reordering another bottle because it personally doesn't work for me.
