Every one of the reps has been very professional and I was pleased with their services. With the hearing aids, I am able to understand words and voices better as well as TV and radio. I chose not to get the rechargeable ones because if I'm using them and they go blank, then I won't have to wait for them to recharge. I can put a battery instead. I usually keep batteries in my truck and in my house and at work. So that if I have a problem, I can change them immediately and go on with my conversations.

The representative from Engage is excellent and very professional. The test was great. So far, so good. I've gone back once and had the aids adjusted, and Sarah really helped me out with that. My Engage hearing aids are a little bit higher quality. I put them in in the morning and I take them out at night and I don't fidget with them much. The cell phone thing that was on there that Sarah hooked up for me was a pain in the butt. I drive most of the time with my window open because I like the fresh air even in the summertime and when the phone comes on, the background noise is unbelievable.

I had difficulty hearing and I got it mixed up because if you can't hear, you don't understand what they're saying. Since using Engage, I can hear a lot of things. Engage is very trustworthy. Katie, the rep, told me she was on salary and had nothing to lose by telling me that. I was glad she shared that. She was a very good person who demonstrate it. I'm very satisfied with the Engage hearing aid.

My only issue with these is that the music and phone functions don't work as well as I'd hoped they would. After awhile the music goes to one ear and then will turn off on it's own and I have to re-pair them. The phone hardly works at all. It's easier to get the phone on speaker to hear that way. However, hearing is great and I love being able to turn up and down the volume because I go through noisy environments and quiet environments quickly and they don't change on their own very quickly. Feedback is common especially with wind and moving my hair out of the way of my ears, so I like to keep it low volume. The charging case is fantastic! I like to keep it with me in case I need to take them out I can keep them safe and charged.

I am replacing the aids purchased over 6 years ago. The essential air pair with receiver in ear has fewer channels (16) than my old pair (64) but I cannot discern any difference. I get less feedback with volume levels slightly higher than previous. I have not had the chance to check wind noise on my bicycle yet. I also look forward to the bluetooth option as soon as I get a newer phone to connect. I was "forced" to buy new aids as my old pair could no longer be serviced. But the new pair was one/tenth the price of the older aids and almost the same price as the service charge would have been so the update was easy to accept. I will continue to recommend America Hears.

These hearing aids are very good and have the features of the more expensive sets. They work well and I wear them every day. There are a few issues with the phone app that controls the aids though. The app will not "remember" your settings from usage to usage. Each morning after recharge you have to go back in the app and reset your volume and programs where you want them. Also, when your aids swap to streaming your phone audio (like answering a phone call) you have to adjust your volume each time and sometimes it does not remember to go back to your normal hearing settings when the call is over. Once Engage is able to update the app to solve some of these issues these will be really great hearing aids. Their customer service has been great to work with and have solved my issues/questions quickly.

Engage made a tremendous change in my life. 'What” was the favorite word in the house BEFORE I went to the doctor to have my ears checked. I couldn't hear anyone and nobody could hear me. The TV was too loud. The doctor suggested that perhaps it wasn't time for a full-blown, fitted, expensive hearing aid, that perhaps something else would do for now. I was happy to find these hearing aids because they are rechargeable and have Bluetooth. They're easy to wear and very easy to use. I'm so happy I can control it through the app on my phone and my phone calls come through it. It's amazing and the customer service team at Engage is pleasant and very easy to deal with.

I work in sales for Lucid Hearing in the consumer audio space. After a meeting we did a hearing screening and it was confirmed, I have a loss. Before I left the office a couple of weeks ago, Michelle was kind enough to track down an Engage sample for me to test. They have been absolutely life changing! The startup was simple and straight forward and within minutes of unboxing, it became clear to me all that I have been missing. I take extreme joy every single day in hearing things that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and not having to constantly ask people to repeat themselves in conversation. Its a fact that its easier to sell something you truly believe in. Ive never been so personally impacted by anything I have sold before, and youll be hard pressed to find a bigger champion of Engage, than me. Thank you and well done Lucid Team on a great product!

Ordered engage and had a few questions about bluetooth connectivity. Called the support number and was talked through all of my questions - turns out I didn't have my bluetooth on! The hearing aids work well and I'm having a much easier time hearing in crowded rooms and restaurants.
