LucidSound LS15P Wireless Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4/5

I have had two of these and gave one to son and with this new purchase I have three to keep me gaming for years.

My right speaker broke after a charge one time and no longer is available for use. Due to purchase in a a retail, it's difficult to find the warranty proof. Would not recommend, go cheaper guys.

Last year on 12/30/23 I purchased these headset and they seemed okay. But 6 months in they broke at the base of headset by the headphones. So I had purchased a replacement warranty and got them replaced. After about 11 months they broke in the same spot. And I knew I didn't buy the protection plan so I inquired if they were still under warranty and I was informed no unfortunately. So I reached out to your customer service department and explained the issue and after doing so they requested a photo and the proof of purchase. And since it had been a while I didn't have the original receipt. So I reached out to Gamestop and they referred me to there customer service department. So I contacted them and they said they could provide me with a screenshot of the original receipt because there was no way to get a copy out to. Now after doing all that and providing it to lucidsounds customer service department I was informed that the receipt wasn't valid and they didn't have to replace my headphones. But I got it directly from Gamestop and I made sure all the details of the email was included. So to say the least I am very upset and disappointed with my experience to this point. And I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and to my surprise they aren't affiliated but there are other complaints that were filed on 2020 and 2021. And I'll provide a screenshot of that the details I hope to get a response and someone will make this right but if not I want it to be known. And maybe future customers will second guess purchasing anything from this company in the future.

The ls15p from PS5 Is by far the best headset my head has used with no comparison I've used turtle beach headsets from the cheapest to the most expensives brand n I could name a few other brands that has nothing on the ls15p i use the headset for mw3 which it needs good voice quality i also need it for footsteps it doesn't squeeze my head i use the headset for hours i recommend this headset to anyone that uses it for competitive gaming by far the best headset I've ever used for the prize period,and finishing writing this I'm buying another pair thanks for making this headset

The quality of these are amazing!

Needed a good wireless mic for discord that was affordable. The mic on this is surprisingly good for wireless.

The sound quality is amazing. The mic quality is very good too. And it's very simple to use. Decent battery life. Plus I love the multiple sound modes

These were more lightweight and comfortable than earlier versions. Sound is still solid and appreciate the easy to use buttons.

I bought these headphone a year ago and they ware and tear so easily. I'm not a rage gamer and I never mistreat my gaming devices. Just two months of me getting these headphones, the ear gets detached below the turning joint on both sides. I get a brand new headphones to replace the old ones and in two months they did the same thing and then it just started falling apart . But when they were useful , wonderful sound and bass. Good quality sound but poorly made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones. I can wear them for hours and they still feel comfortable over my ears and I'm not experiencing ear discomfort. They are also wireless, which I haven't seen super often in gaming headphones, which is great. They were still very easy to setup and connect. Finally, the audio and voice quality on them is great. There's absolutely no loss of sound, and everyone can hear me crisp and clearly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Design is a basic gaming headset look, this headset feels flimsy and pretty cheap.the sound quality is good but it's not loud enough for me.. I like you can remove the mic it. It's okay for a wired headset and maybe get it for a child as a first time gaming headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent gaming headset. it is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The band is adjustable, so you are sure to find the right fit. The microphone is detachable, and the headset comes with a little plug to block the mic port when you are not using the microphone. The audio is truly clear, and it is extremely easy to control the volume level by turning the volume wheel on the outside of the left ear cover. This is a great headset for anyone that is a casual gamer or just getting into gaming.

This one is a close favorite. Its super comfortable to wear for hours on end. The only thing i dont like about this is the mic sticks out. I wish it was built into the headphones.

It's very durable and also offers great hearing and talking needs with the mic. No lagging in conversations when using this and the ear buds feel great on your ears to allow for long play time without being uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the lucid sound ls15p wireless stereo gaming headset for about three weeks now. They are comfortable for me and I like that I can use them with my PC, any my PlayStation. ItÕs very easy to disconnect and connect to whichever I need it for. The sound is clear and loud coming through and I have been told that I am easily heard with them. I do not experience hearing a lot of background noise from my house with them. I am very happy. For the price and quality they are definitely worth it.

They don't look like gaming headphones, so if you wanted to use these for school, work, or listening to music, you can. The mic is detachable, and the ear cups swivel so you can lay them flat. These work with all 3.5mm jack devices. I am currently using these with a laptop for virtual meetings and they work wonderful!. This headset is fantastic! The only negative for me is it's not very noise cancelling but other than that, the mic audio is clean & clear. The game audio is great for a budget headset! Btw, there is mic monitoring, and a secondary mic for mobile use which I haven't bothered using. Also, I did try these with my phone for music listening, and I was pleased! All in all, this is my first time using anything Lucid Sound. No regrets, no disappointments. Would buy again!
