I got to use this headset for probably a month or 2 before it wouldn't connect to the USB anymore. I definitely wouldn't buy this brand ever again. Quality of product is horrible

Its easy to use with playstation and my friends can hear me perfectly and they dont hear my children in my background. These headphones are perfect for video game streams and even just listening to videos. I will be buying these for my nephew who also loves video games.

I’d like to sue this company for pain and suffering. My husband has had an awful rash on his ears, when trying to figure out what it was we saw multiple claims of these headsets causing allergic reactions and rashes and cover the ears down to the neck. Awful product, not sure what kind of materials are used but they are toxic.

I've been using this headset for over a month and my favorite feature is that it will work across platforms! From my computer to my ps4 to my samsung phone! This makes it easier to switch between by just moving the usb-c dongle to the device you want to use or using bluetooth. Another positive is it can charge with same cord (usb-c) as my phone which eliminates cords when traveling. I love that the earmuffs fold flat for storage security. Additionally am a fan of the mic which you can turn up if you want to hear yourself since they are fairly soundproof. If you're in market for a headset I strongly urge you to consider these. Steelseries is a phenomenal company with superb products!

Otherwise, this has been a great headset and is now replacing a previous headset that started to malfunction. I love that the mike is fully retractable.

The headband is pretty large, but at the top is a band to size it down if needed. I like that it was fairly easy to connect to media Bluetooth, usb and jack with no issues.

The mic was a little hard to locate at first because it is tucked in, and my fourteen year old couldn’t locate it. But after a while we found it together. The Bluetooth was an easy set up. They are also super comfortable. They are his best one.

The battery life is awesome and when I need to recharge it it charges fairly quickly which is a big plus. I really like that the mic piece can be put back into the headphone if not in use. I did have a couple issues with bluetooth pairing but after several attempts it finally worked and I've had no other issues with bluetooth since. This has been so awesome to use when playing my favorite games with my buddies online. I can hear and speak easily and clearly making it so much more fun to hangout with my online friends. This would make a great gift! I'd recommend

The 3D sound you can literally hear completely all around your head and it's so clear. I love that you can do Bluetooth wireless or connection. I love how the headset forms to my head. Playing games on the PS5 is a whole new experience hearing and talking with my gaming friends. I also hooked up to my I phone and the music was the best I've heard out of all headsets I've opened. I am able to clearly hear even the slightest sounds in my game but not hear the other gamers' outside noises at all. The setup was fast and easy - all I had to do was plug in the dongle and the cord and the pairing was done almost instantly. The fit comfortably on my head without the pressure headache I have gotten from other headphones and the earmuffs fit completely over my ears without sliding off. The hideable microphone is awesome because when I need it I lightly pull it from it's hidden spot and the voice quality is crisp and not garbled. I also like that it is flush when not in use so I don't worry about damaging it. The versatility between using Arctis headphones is a great bonus. I used them on my PS4, my iPod, my stereo and with my smart tv all with no loss of quality. The fast charge rocks! Literally 10 minutes of charging and I used the for over 5 hours! Watching the light level changes is a really nice feature. I can tell roughtly where the charge is just by the color. So impressed with these headphones that I'm thinking that they'll be a gift to the hubby in the future!
