Q: My husband has the worse foot odor. Is this a recommended product for him?

A: Yes! Yes! Yes! My feet stank a mile away and my socks and shoes had to be kept outside the stink was unbearable! Even my sandals stink!! I was sooooo skeptical but went to my target and bought the unscented cream and I bought new socks and put a small amount on each foot rubbing the cream in to cover everywhere and between my toes and up to my ankle. A little bit does go a long way! I put on my new socks and sneakers and went for a 5 mile run. Usually, I take everything off before I go inside so I sat at my bench and took off my socks and shoes and I was blown away!!! I cried!! My feet did not stink!!! My socks did not stink!! I was so happy!! I am so happy!!! I cannot believe this product lived up to its hype! It worked!!

I purchased the Unscented lotion. On the contrary, it had a terrible odor. I will say that once you applied the lotion the awful smell quickly dissipates.

The smell coming out of the tube illicites my gag response. I can describe the smell but it’s not good. I put it on anyways to try it and it’s true the smell weakens after a few minutes but it still has a slight smell. Reminds me of a certain type of minty gum, but I wouldn’t go as far as saying it smells minty. Just a weird smell. I’ll give it a few more times trying it.

I’m surprised by how many people just won’t give this product a couple of minutes to dry before deeming it stinky. Yes, it has an undesirable initial smell when wet and first applied. Give it a minute, people! It works. If your clothes quickly get stinky (esp armpits), soak and wash your clothes with Enzyme Laundry Booster. Fabric hangs onto smells unless dissolved by a laundry enzyme. That will also make your Line product more successful.

It’s true, this stuff STINKS. However, what I’ve found works is you must pair this product with a spray deodorant - like Dove body spray (which isn’t strong enough for me on its own). Yup! Deodorant for this deodorant. LOL! Works great together, but not separate. One star for product only, but 5 stars if you pair it with additional deodorant. Try it!

To say that this smells like ear cheese, is an offense to ear cheese. I am no stranger to deoderant cream. I have used deoderant creams for years and love them, but ran out of my usual recently, so thought I would try Lume. I went for unscented because I have sensitive skin. My skin has reacted fine to this product, and once it dries, the smell dissipates but it takes forever to dry and every time I get a whiff, it makes me gag. Don't buy this product.

I know this product is unscented, but it has such an offensive smell that I had to write a review. It smells like between my dog’s toes, or nutritional yeast. The smell does NOT dissipate either, so while you might not smell like body odor, you’re left smelling like.. cheese from a green can.

Received these with a strip of Target tape covering almost the complete bottle on each one. The tape seemed to be melted onto the bottles. Did not tear off like it does from household cleaners. There is sticky residue and some of the tape remaining even after a half hour working to remove it. Was going to use these as stocking stuffers but they are sticky. Target needs to come up with a better solutions for shipping. I would have picked them up in the store, but they were out of stock.

On the positive side, this product actually works pretty well. I used it in the hospital after a surgery where they wouldn’t let me shower. When I got home 3 days later I had no pit odor at all, so that was great. However, it isn’t an anti-perspirant (which isn’t doable for the summer). The biggest issue is the nasty smell as it initially comes out of the tube! I thought mine had gone bad until I saw that other reviewers saying theirs smelled the same. It’s difficult to explain, but the odor is somewhere between stinky feet, BO, and rotten food. It’s definitely NOT unscented. Thankfully it does dissipate quickly once applied, but gagging in the morning is not a goal for me, and I have avoided using it often so as to avoid that odor. Consequently, I can’t recommend this product unless you truly can’t smell anything. It’s also about 2x as expensive as similar products. What’s up with that? if I were to buy it again, I would also buy it in stick form because having to wash it off your fingers is an extra, unnecessary step.

First of all, yes, the fragrance free smells like butts right out of the tube, but it dissipates quickly after application. AT FIRST, I was really excited because it was WORKING, but after maybe a week, it just...stopped. I don't understand why that happens with deodorants. Maybe the bacteria adapt. If bacteria can thrive in hot, acid volcanic situations, my armpits are probably a cakewalk. Idk, it might very well work for you, but my body chemistry gave it the middle finger :(

I originally bought scented ones ,but had a bad reaction they honoured there product offered a refund but I passed it along to my daughters who loved it ,,, and turned down refund,, it wasn’t enough for lume they sent me unscented free to try , works great
