It’s a great gel type of moisturizer. Works perfectly for oil/problem skin. The only down side is the fragrance. It smells good but I think it’s just a bit too much.

I am in love with this cream! My skin is oily and dehydrated at the same time. Finding the day cream I needed has been difficult. But the search is over! I find it! I understand that for normal or dry skin this cream can be too light. But for my oily skin it is perfect!

I don't mind the lotion although it is very thin. The perfumed scent bothers me. It lingers. Why does it need a strong smell? I am not sure this lotion does anything special for my skin. I've used less expensive brands that work just as well. One and done for me.

This is the moisturizer I have been waiting for! It comes in a small circular container which at first glance doesn’t seem like a lot but a little goes a long way. I have been using it every morning and was happy it didn’t give me a skin reaction like other products have. It feels gentle on my face and my skin feels moisturized. Overall very happy with the texture, scent and feel of it! Will definitely continue using.

Wow, as someone who doesn’t use face creams like I should this product changed everything. It’s a cool, light feeling on the skin that doesn’t make my face shine like it’s oily but actually absorbs in the skin and leaves my skin feeling amazing. I love the scent, it’s not chemically or over fragranced.

I just love this face cream. It is really light weight and goes on so smooth. You only need a little bit to cover your whole face and it’s not greasy at all. Just a little bit will go a long way. The smell is really pleasant too. This cream makes my face feel really soft and smooth even after only using it a couple of times. Definitely recommend

I love this face lotion! It is nice and cooling and refreshing and a little bit goes a long way. There is a slight odor that reminds me of something outdoors, but it's fresh and doesn't bother me. I'd love to try other products in this line.

I want to start out my review by saying I love face creams, lotions, gels etc! I use them every day and I only repurchase the ones that feel nice, have a nice scent, and don't cause any breakouts. This Nordic Hydra water gel from Lumene checks all those boxes! The jar is a nice quality and I absolutely love the color and scent of the gel. It has a very light and clean fresh scent. Not heavily perfumed, and very pleasant. I love the consistency of it as well. Some creams are so thick and heavy that they cause me to break out or feel too heavy on the skin. Some are so thin that they are watery and don't stay on the skin very long. This 24-hour water gel is a happy medium. It's thick enough to not be watery, but thin enough that a little goes a long way. It is a 1.7 ounce jar, but will last quite a while as you don't need to use a lot. It has been a few hours now and my skin still feels soft and moisturized. I would definitely repurchase!

First of all, I love the smell of this! It’s like a soft rose smell...so beautiful! It absorbs really quickly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily. And a little goes a long way. Just a few little dabs is enough to cover my face. Love this moisturizer!

This has a great expensive feel to it with a glass container and high end spa feel. It smells nice and is great at the end of the day to help relax. It does a great job moisturizing and I definitely see the benefit. My only problem is that I use it as part of my bedtime routine and it does stay a bit sticky afterwards for a while. I just have to use it earlier in my routine before laying down. Otherwise it is very effective.

The Lumene Nordic hydra fresh moisture 24h water gel is the perfect moisturizer. It’s a little more liquidy than I expected; however, that means a little can go a long way. The gel dries quickly and doesn’t leave my face oily or cause breakouts. The light seafoam green gel also has a very soft fragrance.

I love a good water gel, and this one by lumene is perfect! It moisturizes without being greasy and lasts well throughout the day. Definitely a great addition to my skincare routine.

I will say I was only able to use this 3 times, once per day. The first day I received it, I put it on at night and it felt like I was at a spa. It felt moisturizing and smelled like a spa. The feeling was a tad tacky afterwards, but it didn't last too long. The next few days I put it on during the day and followed up with an SPF, like I normally do. After that, I started to break out bad with splotches all over my face. I went back to my normal plant based skin care and it started to clear up, slowly. I will say my husband used it as well and had no issues. I will say he will use this for a few days to see how his skin reacts to it.

The packaging and glass container are very nice and eye-catching. The insert tells you the active ingredients and what they each do for your skin. The light, blue gel smells clean and a little goes a long way. I put it on after cleansing my face at night. It left my face tachy/sticky to the touch but definitely gave me a moisture boost and bounce to my skin. This gel is great for my dry skin during the hot California summer weather.

I typically love all of Lumene's products but the fragrance was WAY too strong for me. It made my skin burn! If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to fragrance, I recommend a different product.
