Lunii My Fabulous Storyteller - English

This product could be great but it breaks really eassy is made for kids but is so fragile. the first one stopped working and it was replaced. The second one is having technical problems and they don't even know what is happening. The customer service is the worst. they said the radio did not work because i did not have the correct charging cable so i decided to buy one from them because they said none other will work but the one they sell. After lots of e mails and almost a month waiting they sent my the headphones cable not the charging one that i ordered. i payed for the wrong cable and i have still not recieved the one I need. im still wating for the rigth cable 2 months latter. and wating for a solution to my problem 3 moths later.

Received as a gift. Just stopped working one day-- won't charge, won't turn on, nothing. The company ran me around and around asking for proof of purchase, but the person who gave it to us would be very embarrassed to find out their gift broke, so I didn't want to ask. Why do they even need it? It's not like another company makes a Lunii Storyteller. There used to be a page on their website called something like "What to do if my storyteller won't turn on?" and it had troubleshooting advice for our very problem, so we are apparently not the only ones. And the troubleshooting didn't even work. That page isn't there anymore, so maybe they don't want people to know it's a problem. Now I have a hunk of plastic that has to go in a landfill, and kids who used to love listening to this in the car and are sad not to have it. So disappointing.

Love the interface (color, texture, knobs) which is fun and child friendly. It is easy to use. The best part was being able to record stories with my voice. The kids enjoyed the stories I recorded the most. The pre recorded stories that came on the device were ok. The kids (ages 3 and 5) enjoyed being able to select the characters, setting, and objects for the stories but they actual quality of those stories was mediocre. I heard the word "stupid" used in one of the stories that came with the device which is obviously inappropriate for young kids. Overall it is a decent buy if you are going to take the time to record your own stories.

Amazing! This is the second Lunii I bought. My son had one for the last 3 years and I just bought one for my 3 years old daughter. Both kids love it! We speak 3 languages at home and I love that we can buy stories in different languages! The quality of the stories is wonderful!

Lunii is simply fantastic! It became part of our kids daily routine. The box though could.be made of higher quality material and it does not stand long / breaks too easily (this is our 3rd box in 3 years)

My four year old love her Lunii! Got the headphones for long car rides but she rarely likes using it in the car. She prefers to choose her own stories before falling asleep at night. Light weight durable and long battery life!

My son loves listening to stories with his Lunii. It’s a good alternative to screen time. When we had an issue support was really great and fixed it. Nice product.

Can't speak highly enough about this products. We bought our first one when our daughter was 4.5 years (she's now 7) and still get so much use out of it. Our first one broke a few months ago (it charges, but can't upload new content) . Customer service provided a discount for a new one which I promptly purchased. My 3 year old now uses her old one. A great alternative to screen time. I recommend to everyone.

This is a great reading box for younger kids. My 4 year old loves it and it is very durable. They love the outline of the options they choose for the story. I think this box could be better than a tonie box but…. My only complaint is that if you want to buy additional stories you have to physically plug the box to a pc. I only use an iPad so I can not add more stories. If this box can eventually sync with the app wirelessly then I would give this 5 stars.

I like the idea of this story teller. You get to create stories by choosing different options it gives you (so it doesn’t come with a bunch of stories on it, it comes with options for you to pick therefore creating a bunch of different stories). My brother is handicapped and really likes stories being read to him, and he likes pushing buttons, so this is perfect for him! The volume is not too loud so that’s good for little ones ears. I’m looking forward to purchasing more stories for it for his birthday and Christmas!

Cool device and concept. You download the app on your computer, connect the Lunii device to your computer, and then you’re able to listen to your stories. The device comes preloaded with some stories and then you get six bedtime stories when you create an account. There is also an option to be able to record your own stories, I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s a pretty cool concept - especially for grandparents or for parents to leave their grandkid la or kids a memory of their voice. The only downside is that you have to connect the device to your computer in order to download new stories.

The Lunii My Fabulous Storyteller is a great tool for kids who love using their imagination. My daughter has been using it at bedtime to settle her down for the night. She likes choosing the different heroes, settings, object in the story and the second character. Ours came with kid headphones which are perfect for car rides. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to let their kids expand their imagination to create their own stories.

My Fabulous Storyteller by Lunii is definitely one of the best kid's story tellers that does not require internet. My three-year-old twins and my seven-year-old daughter love it. Whether they are listening to it in the car or before bed time they are always asking for more stories. The storyteller comes with 48 audio stories already included in it. These stories are customizable. By that I mean they can choose the main character, where the stories take place, who the hearo will meet, and an object. The stories that are included come from the options that are chosen from each section. Meaning whatever your child chooses from each section is the actual story line. That is how the 48 stories included will be constructed. After I downloaded the app, I was gifted six more bed time stories, so make sure you register your device and check out the app. Through the app Lunii also has a store that has hundreds of other stories that you can purchase, and add to your collection, and they including many well-known classic books. The device itself is very light weight, and super easy to navigate. It only has the volume button which is also used to turn the device on and off, the home button, pause button, OK button that you use to select, and the larges button which is used to navigate the selections. Another great addition were the headphones. They are also very light and best of all they are very flexible lowering the chances of getting damaged by my twins. Overall, a great product that will help your child's imagination flourish.
