Our kids never shut the lights off down there, and it’s a pain to always go down there to shut it off. Now we don’t have to! We can just shut it off with an app, or this came with a remote as well! This product is genius!

I love that the light can be controlled by Alexa and/or the app on your phone. Definitely the better way to go than buying a ton of smart lights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our house built back in 2020 and in the kitchen they only had a light switch in an area where me and my wife had to walk out of our bedroom to the opposite side of the kitchen to turn on the lights. With this, it allowed us to put a switch right next to our bedroom door and we are able to turn on the kitchen lights and not have to walk through the darkness. By far. One of the best products I've ever seen and a high plan on using them all over the house. If you don't have one get one. Trust me you won't regret it

He removed the old switches, sort of plug and played the wires, installed back to the wall and done. We have Alexa which controls our living room and another brand that's a light bulb and this app is just as easy to use from the phone. I like the idea of being able to turn out a light I forgot remotely and also turn on if I'm coming home in the dark. I need to work on switching the entire house over so I don’t have to use multiple apps anymore.

It’s flexible so that I can replace my house Single pole, 3 way switches to smart switch myself as DIY with little electrical knowledge. Easy instructions online saves my time during installation. I love that it doesn’t need neutral wire as my house was built in 80’s and most smart switches needs neutral wire to function. Remote saves all efforts as I can install it anywhere I want and the favorite button is my favorite option. Dimmer and remote buttons are soft to touch which I like the most. Hub provides seamless and fast smart lighting capabilities without delay and I can connect it to all my smart home devices including Apple home and Sonos which I use the most at home. Pico bracket is very easy to install and fits remote easily. Overall very good experience so far. Bit expensive but worth it.

It is great being able to dim the lights when you don’t want a full strength bright light. It is also super easy to control, right from your cell phone or the dimmer switch. You can also use Alexa to control the lighting. You can set the lights to a timer on the app and set up many other different functions as well. It really is a great product. It is very easy to install also. Since installing, we will be purchasing more switches, as we really like this kit. It is just much nicer than regular lighting, in my opinion. I definitely recommend the Caseta Smart Lighting Dimmer Switch Starter Kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did take one star off because in order to use the app feature and the box connected to my router, I cannot use any other device connected to the wifi which isn’t very helpful. We spent an entire day trying to figure out ways around it and couldn’t find one. BUT the dimmer works really well and the remote still works so that’s all I need it to do since it’s in our bedroom. I love being able to shut the lights on and off from the bed without getting up or dim them.

This kit includes 1-Smart Bridge, 1-Caseta In-Wall Dimmer, 1-Pico Remote Control, and 1-Pico Wallplate Bracket. This dimmer doesn't even need a neutral wire, Caseta works in any home of any age. It is so easy to set up, and all you need is to know where your breaker box have a screwdriver. No need to cut holes or pulling wire required. Doesn't rely on Wi-Fi and it is easy to pair with your dimmer to create a 3-way application wherever you want. It didn’t take long at all for me to install this switch. Lutron requires a bridge to control the switches, which is well integrated with Apple Home Kit, Google Home, and Alexa. One switch can control every light in my home, which is better than buying a whole bunch of smart bulbs. You can turn on/off/dim 1-100% from anywhere using the app or any smart home device. I highly recommend this kit for a futuristic charm to your home.

It was very easy to set up for the exception that I had to go to the store upon opening because it was missing one very important part, the wall plate. When I get something that states starter pack I expect it to come with everything needed to use the item as intended unless it clearly stated otherwise on the packaging. I did look and nowhere does it state you will need anything extra. If it weren't for that minor detail I would definitely have rated it a five star! It works exactly as expected. It will be a great addition to my other smart devices, and will come in useful during vacations making it seem as if someone is home. Best of all I can tell Alexa to turn it on, off or dim when to lazy to get out of bed to hit the switch!

There is an app to set up different groups of lights that you can then control through the app or pair with alexa or google home. Its pretty fun to walk into a room and tell alexa to turn the lights on! You can also set timers or turn things off remotely which can be pretty handy. These were pretty simple to install as well!

We have it in our movie theater basement and it’s a really cool touch to say “hey google, dim the theater” (dimming 4 sets of switches) vs getting up and manually dimming lights. The sleek buttons are a nice esthetic touch and the connectivity is seamless. Very pleased with this product.
