MAC Prep + Prime Lip Primer - 0.05oz - Ulta Beauty

So far, Prep+Prime Lip Primer is my favorite primer. I have an auto-immune disorder and cannot wear most products. I am prone to bad contact allergies that will last 10 days at a time, and this is one product that I can wear. If I get it beyond my lips, my skin will react, but if I keep it where it's supposed to be, I'm fine. It does not have a fragrance and works better than Anastasia in terms of eliminating that ugly feathering that women of a certain age experience. It's a good product!

This makes my lipstick go on way more smoothly than using a regular lip balm underneath. It helps it stay on longer, without creasing, caking or getting patchy. It's not dry like another brand I've tried. I used it with any brand of lipstick not just MAC.

I love the way this pairs so well with every M•A•C lipstick! The way it applies the look & longevity of any M•A•C lipstick I always have to be stocked up. I'm always recommending friends & family to use this product.

I not only use this for my lips while doing my makeup but i also apply under my eyes before concealer to fill in lines! Love this product i always try to find it on sale

Started using this product 2 years ago and it really keeps your lipstick on, if used properly.

This does not plump at all. It moisturizes, makes lipstick go on smoother & possibly last a little longer. Helps lipstick stay in place. Basically the same benefits as using any chapstick except you get it in the pretty, slim tube & it says MAC on it so its visually appealing.

Will forever repurchase! Makes every lipstick better!!!

Started using since last year. I used to be loyal to another brand for about 8 years and switched to Mac after the other product degraded in quality and would fall apart. The price for Mac is higher but I only have to apply once and I’m good. I’m so happy it’s available at Target now. I wear matte lipstick and sometimes gloss, and the product does not move around.

I've enjoyed this purchase (on sale) and once tacky, helps keep my lowuid lipstick stay well. However the price point for this is way too high to justify paying full price.

I love the feeling of this lip primer, it keeps my lips moisturized for most of the day and I don't feel like I need to reapply chapstick but… it's definitely an unnecessary step. It's too expensive for me to repurchase especially since it doesn't make a major difference on whether or not my liner will last throughout the day. There is a slight learning curve with this product, I had to figure out the right amount to apply and the waiting time before putting on applying lip liner. If you apply liner too soon after the liner will not glide on easily. Always wait until primer is tacky.

This is a wonderful product that is not greasy, goes on smooth & clear and is a must before I apply any lip color since it controls and does not allow any bleeding of lipcolor. I highly recommend trying it and it lasts a long time without changing as some products can that are made like this. MAC Thank you for making this wonderful product!!

This lip primer is awesome. I put it on before I apply my lipstick. The lipstick lasts just about all day!

I had high hopes for this product. I trusted the brand. Not only did it not prove helpful for priming, it wasnt even achored into the pen its installed in. I twisted it up, tried it several times, wanted to like it. Then the stick fell out onto my bathroom floor. Returning asap and never again.

Replacing my Trish McAvoy & like this one much better! Keeps lip liner & gloss in place.

This does a brilliant job of helping to keep your lipstick on - little to no lipstick transfer onto your drinking glass. Unfortunately it tends to be VERY drying to my lips so I'm currently looking for a new primer.
