Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Primer - 0.16oz - Ulta Beauty

This is the most effective treatment I have ever purchased for my dry, chapped lips. It immediately moistened and rejuvenated my lips which were peeling and cracking. I use it in the morning under my lipstick and at bedtime and will make sure to never run out.

Absolutely keeps lipstick and lip liner from feathering/bleeding outside of lips. Beautiful smooth primer for lipstick. Love it and will buy it again.

This lip primer beats all others I have used. I prefer prestige brands so was surprised that Mac primer was super drying, as were most others. Most of the others were either pasty and cakey, or didn't prevent feathering as promised. ABH delivers what the others didn't. It's very comfortable to wear, prevents feathering, enhances long wear without drying. Have re-purchased this repeatedly. Still the go-to favorite.

It does not do as expected,my lipstick did not last long. I will be returning it asap.

I’ve used this lip primer for years . Its a clear balm that leaves your lips smooth and moist. It’s such a great product and I highly recommend it. :)

I like this product.

This definitely provides a smooth application, but my lipstick wears off even quicker than applying lipstick to naked lips.

MAC lip primer works the best. I lost it 2 weeks after I purchased it and went back to repurchase and they were out, so I bought Anastasia …. The lip feels soft but it doesnt hold the lipstick like MAC lip primer

I love ABH, I totally bought into the matte liquid lip craze, and it was starting to dry me out, so I figured I’d give this a shot. But for the price, it’s just a glorified chapstick. Literally just putting Chapstick brand under your lipstick will do the same thing. Don’t waste your money.

My lips are regularly dry and that has kept me from wearing lipstick, since it magnified how chapped my lips were. This primer fixed it all! It covers up some pretty dry patches and lasts for about six hours before my lipstick starts creasing. Even then, it just looks a little dry. LOVE this primer!!

I'd been really struggling with lipstick feathering and traveling outside of my lip line. I've tried a few primers, lip pencils (even "clear" ones) with no improvement. THIS works! It feels great on, doesn't change the color of my lipstick like a lip liner does, and NO feathering or bleeding! I'm back to buy a second tube!

It doesn't work for me. My matte lipstick smudges using this. I don't use lip gloss so I can't say about that. But, I think this product intensifies the drying of my lips and it hurts.

Now I see only liquid lipsticks are suggested, so could be that. First, my lipstick wouldn't even work over the Primer. To be fair it was purchased entirely to eliminate feathering, which it didn't do after I did get some lipstick color to "stick." Although not what I wanted, it may be a good lip conditioner. Time will tell. Off to look for an effective NO feathering product!

this made me break out and get pumps on my lips. There is definitely something I am allergic to. Be careful if you have allergies or sensitive skin?

This lip primer is simply fantastic. Normally when I apply lipstick, it settles into the natural lip lines and chapped spots to create an uneven looking mess after several hours. However if I use a lip exfoliator (usually E.L.F or Fresh Sugar Lip Polish) first and THEN this primer, I have perfect lipstick application, more evenly hydrated lips, less transference, easier removal at the end of the day and above all else - smooth looking lips, instead of crusty and dried out. It creates a barrier to stop lipstick settling into the lips and drying them out (as can sometimes happen, depending upon the formula).
