A: Hi, the comforter is medium weight for all season use. It's machine washable. There is no sheets included in the set. But if you mean the fabrication, it's polyester jacquard, not sateen.

Q: Is the tailored bedskirt split at the bottom corners to accommodate a four poster bed? In other words, is it split to go around the end posts of the footboard piece? Or is it sewn all of one piece?

I love this item! It is as beautiful as the pictures in the ad. I’m so happy with the weight of the comforter and the quality. I ordered the queen and the only thing I wish is that it hung a little longer on the sides. Other than that, I’m 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend. The throw pillows are gorgeous, too!

Bought the navy for our split king adjustable bed. King set is beautiful, but not wide enough. Sadly a California king wouldn’t fix the issue as it’s only longer, and not as wide.

After 9 months of minimal use and not washing (I don't sleep with the comforter) it's falling apart at the bottom seam and it has strings coming out everywhere and it doesn't lay down smoothly anymore. Worth it to pay a little more for your bedding. Also, the blue reminds me more of a sea foam green.

Purchased the Purple Queen size in the Hudson Comforter set and it so regal and well made. It is s softer violet and the grey has a metallic sheen to it which makes it look even more elegant! Plan to match with my deep purple organic sheets from Target and set will be used this for my downstairs guess room for Fall/Winter so guess will feel like royalty! I have officially purchased (8) comforter and quilt sets exclusively this year from Target and pleased with all selections NOW got to find space in my linen closet!!!! ;-)

This item didn’t look like the photo. In the photo, the pattern looks like it changes as it moves from bottom to top. In reality, the pattern just gets smaller as it moves from bottom to top. Not as interesting in person. It’s a shame because it was a nice color. Sending it back.

The fabric and texture are beautiful but you should we warned that the color is way more green than blue. Something about the picture makes it looks powder blue, which is what I wanted, but it is way more green. So sad. We will most likely be returning.
