To create their potion, combine water with the included magical ingredients in the Potion Bottle. The potion will swirl and mix to become a deep dark blue color within the bottle. Then they say the magic words, "Magicus Mixus", while turning and then pressing the Crystal Gem. Before their eyes the blue potion becomes clear, magically revealing Marena The Mermaid Pixling inside! This enchanting Pixling doll is easily removed from the bottle and is completely dry and ready for your child to play with! Marena has beautiful long hair and a mystical gem on her forehead. the bottle lid was broken. we were not able to turn the "jewel" in order to make the pixling "appear". we just pretended and unscrewed the lid because you can't tell a 3 year old that her surprise for doing good in a wedding is broke!! very disappointed in this one!!

Was a lot of steps which took a while and can be difficult to keep children’s attention but letting them join in helped, very glad the dye does not stain! I would say this toy could use less plastic.. The doll itself is so beautiful and her hair is soooo soft!

She loved the whole aspect of adding the different potions to the bottle and she was gripped with the magical doll reveal. She was so happy to see the Marena doll. Marena is such a cute doll and my daughter loves playing with her.
