Magic Spoon Birthday Cake Grain Free Cereal - Case of 8 - 7 oz

I do love this flavor…I buy it when I can!

I used to LOVE this flavor, but something has gone wrong lately. When I received my cereal it smelled and tasted like spoiled milk! I got a refund for it, but a couple months later it happened again! My tastebuds deserve better so I'm moving on.

I have tried all the flavors ; pick your sweet tooth weapon and avoid that sugar spike...even before going to bed...how about that!

Good flavor and crunch

These have been a perfect weekend "treat" for my 4 year old. She thinks she's eating cake for breakfast, I'm happy she's getting that protein!

I really love this flavor! It tastes just like frosting on a cake without being too sweet and I opened the box on my actual birthday to start my day! Thank you for including it with my order!

I always felt somewhat conflicted about "birthday cake" as a flavor. While the name sounds appealing, it's incredibly generic. It might as well be "sugar cookie" or "vanilla cake" or just "sugar and vanilla." Consequently, "Birthday Cake" barely stands out in the Magic Spoon lineup, which at least distinguishes itself from the competition with different flavor profiles IN ADDITION to being healthier and less sweet. With such a generic flavor, I feel Magic Spoon should have done something else to make the cereal stand out. Maybe give it a different shape or add a few loops of a different color. Imagine how much fun it would be if, instead of only the usual cream-colored loops, you had a few red, blue, yellow, and green loops thrown in to resemble "sprinkles." Families could serve themselves some bowls and say, "Oh, look! I got a bunch of red 'sprinkles!'" ... Okay, maybe it wouldn't be that fun, but it'd be something! On that note, does it also bother anyone that Magic Spoon never experiments with different shapes? Seriously, were loops all you could come up with? I know this brand of cereals is supposed to be more "mature," but the result becomes very mediocre when an already generic flavor has a generic shape.

My bad I should have checked ingredients better and I didn't ! But all 6 boxes went into the garbage totally wasted my money! Bioengineered wow!! No thank you ! Won't ever waste my money on this product!

Tbh I have tried most of the flavors and this is the only one that I truly didn't care for. Tastes quite artificial and call me crazy but to me has a weird aftertaste that almost makes it taste like celery won't be getting it again, however, the other flavors are great!
