The Magnesium Citrate Dietary Supplements - 250mg Softgels - 60ct - up&up has helped with my digestion. It helps with my muscle and nerve health. The pills are large and have to be taken one at a time.

These were moldy. Took 2 before I noticed. Bottle was sealed. Opened same day. Closing bottle noticed one capsule covered in mold. The mold was white. We busted a capsule to make sure it wasn’t just leaking but stuff inside was yellowish. Definitely mold. Not worth it. Will stick to other brands. Have never had a moldy supplement before this in over 2 decades of purchases. Only got one blurry photo before throwing away at advisement of poison control. Can’t even get refund because target system wants physical return before refund or replacement.

250 mg per serving, 60 soft gels. I gave it three stars because they are so big to swallow. And you have to take two of them. I’d rather take more pills if they’re smaller. Just a personal preference.

The real size of the pill depicts the picture on the bottle. In my opinion it is far too big and hard to swallow. You can choke due to the size of it and the hardness of the shell of the pill. The size should be far smaller or just make the pill liquified. That would be my preference. I can feel how it dissolves slowly and it requires a lot of liquid to drink it after. It’s not my favorite and I wouldn’t buy it again. I would rather select a smaller pill or liquid then this. Additionally I can’t say there’s any improvements on my wellness since many factors are impacting it. It takes certain time to see the improvement. I’m so impressed with these magnesium citrate capsules! Even though they’re on the larger side, they’re incredibly easy to swallow. No weird smell or chalky texture, just smooth and simple. Best of all, they’re gentle on my stomach with no pain or cramping, which can sometimes be an issue with magnesium citrate. Totally will repurchase!

I feel like magnesium citrate are huge, and these are no exception. They're gigantic. But they are a soft gel, which I like, and went down fine. The bottle is a one month supply, which is convenient. But I found them to be a bit more expensive, than the higher dose I usually take. One in my bottle was a little messed up, but I didn't check and see if that affected the quantity in the bottle.
