Magnesium Malate is my own, personal favorite form of Magnesium to take. Swanson has been out of it in their brand for quite some time now, so I checked through their product listings, and I found this one. I like Source Naturals. I've known them and utilized products from them since the 1980s. I can trust their integrity. So I ordered their Magnesium Malate. It is a tablet (rather than a capsule), but the tablet has a nice, tapered shape that makes it okay to swallow. I'm a real pro at swallowing a handful of supplements at one time, but still I don't like the huge, thick, squared off horse-pill tablets that some companies sell. This tablet, while large, passes the test with me for being fine. I know how important and valuable Magnesium is, so I take plenty of it. Works for me.

I used magnesium oil as my only magnesium supplement, but I don't think it was working very well for me as time passed. I switched to Magnesium Malate and this product gave me the benefit I needed. Anyway, I switched to Magnesium Malate.

These tablets are huge and uncoated, so difficult to swallow and it requires 3 tablets to get the doseage on the label.
