Maisto Die Cast 1:24 Scale AL 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old really enjoyed putting this car together, he did it in the morning before leaving for school. He says it was a bit challenging and he thought the directions were a little confusing but overall fun to build and play with. He says he would definitely do one of these car kits again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we chose this model in particular because my dad has the actual car in his garage. my 7 year old has watched his grandpa work on the car every weekend since he was 2. we decided to take it over so he could work on a car wt the same time. the steps were super easy to follow; all the parts are easily identified and go together with ease. great assembly

It came with a little screwdriver and all the parts were laid out so they were able to figure it out together. The car has all the details you'd hope for! The hood lifts, which was super exciting and unexpected for my son. It's not really meant for playing with, but my son couldn't help himself. It appears to be sturdy and good quality - it definitely didn't seem like it would fall apart just because he was playing with it. It was definitely a fun little project for them to work on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this together with my husband and we had a lot of fun. I absolutely love the detail and colors of the car, especially the doors which open and the hood of the car which shows the engine compartment. It took up about an hour to put the car together because the instructions were little pictures that were difficult to read. Also, my husband wasn't expecting there to be glue but it worked out just fine for me. He didn't like it though. I guess he was expecting everything to snap into place. Either way, we have the little car in our curio cabinet on display. Can't wait to put another one together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a two year old and five year old and they both fight over this car. My husband and 5 year old out this together as a fun project. It seemed pretty easy to assemble. Of course my 5 year old would zone in and out while assembling lol. Both my boys fight over who will play with it now. May need to purchase a second.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun experience watching father and daughter put the car together with each other unfortunately two of the pieces broke so that was disappointing but it still looks pretty cool and can’t really tell the broken pieces are missing still a cool assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Maisto Chevy corvette for my son, he absolutely loves doing models. We both loved that no glue was needed to piece the model together as the glue can sometimes be messy. The detail of the model is immaculate all the way from the interior to the motor. Directions are easy to follow and took no time putting it together. I highly recommended this for anyone who loves doing models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car is nice! It's body is made if a sturdy metal like other die cast cars, but you get to assemble it yourself. I love how the doors and hood open to reveal the inside of the car and the engine. The color combo of the black/grey/blue is very visually appealing. My only complaint is the directions. It's only photos, and the photos are small...so it isnt always clear on how to assemble it or which pieces to use since they aren't labeled at all. It was fairly simple to assemble, but better directions would have been a plus. Fun little project, and such a nice car!
