Q: Has anyone else had an issue with the print coming off the sides? I've seen such good reviews but 2 out of 3 of ours barely have any print left to know how much we are filling them with. Disappointing

Your baby's health is our top priority; we only print with non-toxic substances. We can guarantee that the colors used for our products are 100% baby-safe and not dangerous. We recommend using a non abrasive sponge and non abrasive soap when washing our bottles.We recommend taking the bottle completely apart and removing the silicone valve. Washing all the parts in warm soapy water and using a nonabrasive soap and a soft bristle brush or sponge. Rinse completely, and dry the components completely before reassembly. The silicone valves must be completely dry.Our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience!

Q: Hello. Is there a specific warmer I should purchase to use with these bottles? Will the Baby Breeza warmer work with these bottles? Thank you in advance.

A: Hi there! Thank you for your question! Our bottles can be warmed in a bottle warmer, under hot running water, or in a container of heated water after removing the protective dust cap. After heating, be sure to stir thoroughly to distribute heat evenly. If you are heating by using a bottle warmer, allow the standing time recommended by the bottle warmer manufacturer and test the temperature before serving. In our instructions, we recommend wrapping a cloth or towel around the bottom of the bottle and shaking to absorb any excess water after warming. We also recommend tightening the lower portion of the bottle after warming. Any bottle warmer that fits a wide bottom bottle should work. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

My baby likes these bottles a lot. I will say that the color received is different than what is pictured. Picture looks like a creamy white, I received sort of gray looking bottles. I personally don’t think it’s a big deal, but if this is something you care about be aware of the color difference.

Ordered these assuming they looked like the photo & the color shell made me think they were in fact an off white color but these are a peachy/pink color. We didn’t want pink but needed the bottles asap so we washed & sterilized & stuck with them til others arrive

This bottle was life changing! This is the ONLY bottle my baby stop screaming crying from gas pains. The bubbles literally stick to the bottle.. I see other reviews about leakage, we have never had an issue with leakage. You have to be sure the valve is properly secured to the base before twisting the body of the bottle. You also have to make sure the nipple is secured (just like any other bottle). Don’t let the reviews scare you away. This bottle is amazing!

After trying out 4 different other brands including Dr.Brown's, Philips, Tommy Tipee, and Comoto, this is only bottle our newborn baby would feed with! The reason is because the shape and design of this bottle is by far the most natural, and is way easier for the baby to latch onto. My wife and I finally were able to get some rest at night since our baby was able to properly feed with these bottles, and wasn't constantly waking up to feed!

Buy different bottles, literally anything else. These bottles are annoying to clean. If the nipple of the bottle isn’t sitting correctly it leaks, if the bottom of the bottle isn’t sitting correctly it leaks.
Would recommend the bottle / brand if im buying online i would buy somewhere else to avoid receiving the wrong one

I like the design of the bottle as well as the flow for my 2 month old . What I’m disappointed at is that the design and color that’s on the listing does not match what i received. I had seen some reviews where it happened to others but was hoping that it was a one time mistake that the company who packed it made .

I’m not sure why so many reviews are negative just based on the color. Who cares what color it is, since my baby actually drinks from it! We have tried 6 different brands of bottles and she hated most of them. The nipples on these bottles are her favorite. She drinks a lot more milk when we use these bottles, so I consider that a win. The pieces are a little tedious to put together compared to other bottles, but that’s a small price to pay.

Baby no longer choking or having milk drip out of his mouth while eating unlike when I was using other brand bottles. He burps less and I no longer feel like he’s overeating. I did order the beige color and it is pinkish, but I’m just glad he’s eating better.
