Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or experience a slow connection due to factors such as your subscribed plan, access to the region, or mobile network settings. If you are using a 5G device but cannot connect to a 5G network, check with your carrier to confirm that you have an active 5G plan and to address any account-related issues, while also ensuring you are in an area that supports 5G. To check your mobile network settings, go to Settings, tap Connections, and select Mobile Networks; you can also adjust your network mode under Network Mode. If needed, you can reset your network settings by going to Settings, General Management, Reset, and then Reset Network Settings—note that this will erase all Bluetooth pairings and stored Wi-Fi networks.
