A: I have tossed the pitcher in the dishwasher. Once unplugged, I’ve turned the whole unit upside down to make sure all the water is out. There is a reservoir in the back that detaches. You can just dump the water from that but make sure you dry it well. Use a paper towel to dry the top where the ice goes to get all the moisture out. Be careful doing so. Also take a damp towel and wash under where the ice comes out of and when done make sure you dry it up before the day is through. I have my machine for about 14 years!! It’s still going strong!!! Always make sure you store it completely dried and covered up. Enjoy!! :)

We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage. Additionally, doing so will void your warranty.
