Q: I just purchased this blender, but I cannot remove the jar nut from the jar to clean it before I use it. The manual only says to turn counter-clockwise, but it won't turn. How does it come apart?

I purchased this in January and finally early this month with the help of my boyfriend and myself, we were able to unscrew it, it was so hard. But I think it’s not meant to be unscrewed because it just started to leak real bad each use, it got worse after each use.

Please dont waste your money! Second time I used it my watermelon juice exploded out the bottom. Since I only use this blender now for salsa (which comes out the hole up top) it will work but please dont get me started on trying to blend avacado salsa (sauce) Unfortunately for as much as I use a blender this one sucks and I have on more than one occasion wanted to throw it in the trash... fingers crossed Santa brings me a new BETTER blender for xmas!!!

Best blender iver ever owned
This blender is amazing, I was hesitant after reading all the reviews, so some of the complaints did happen, the blender does stop when it’s blending but it’s part of the dissing, it starts blending then stops to allow what your blending to come down to the blades and continues through out the process depending on the setting your are using, so don’t panic, I also read that it leaks form the bottom, it’s does but only if you are blending very hot items and you don’t leave proper ventilation on the top( you close the little circle on the lid) , I also read that sometimes it doesn’t want to turn on and that does happen if you don’t set it properly on the base, this blender is more effective than my expensive blender at a fraction of the cost
