I have tried countless iron supplements, over the past few years, many that I just couldn't tolerate. These were very easy on my system. The taste was pleasant compared to many other types, did not cause any digestive problems, and were easy to take at work since they were not liquid. I'm not sure how they've affected my iron levels yet, but they have been a blessing and a God send otherwise.

My dr recommended I take these to help with my iron levels. They are odd tasting as others have mentioned, but nothing chewing with my other gummies can’t help. Excited to see how my lab results will turn out next time around.

Within the first couple bites I thought these were ok, not the best grape flavor, but fine. Then the aftertaste came, and OMG its AWFUL. Tastes like I licked a rusty steel rod, or like my mouth is full of blood. I'm not a picky person when it comes to Vitamin's, I don't expect a 5 star meal in my mouth - but this? This is gag worthy. I have to chug water immediately after and hold my nose. It also lingers for a while.

I was really excited to try these because I dreaded my iron tablet, but the aftertaste of these is so gross I can barely get them down. I take them with the prenatal gummies which helps and then chug some water. Won’t get these again though.

The taste is odd, with a bad aftertaste but I know other iron vitamins have an odd taste to them as well. So, I chew the iron gummy at the same time with my other Mary Ruth's gummies such as my multivitamin to disguise the taste.

Great taste, easy form to take iron consistently, only 2 gummies per day which was nice. I didn’t feel constipated taking the dose on the bottle but I became constipated whenever I took more gummies than the prescribed dose.
