Ive taken other hair skin nails with no results. Two weeks in to Mary Ruth's and nails aren't just growing fast but no peeling, this is major as have always had bad nails. Yes I take her morning vitamins too so perhaps its the combo. Hairs on growth fast tract too. Thanks!

I think these work best in conjunction with the biotin gummies but they still work well on their own. However, I received a bad batch that had every piece cut off, which means less product, less vitamins. And given how expensive these are, I would think they wouldn't sell bad batches or at least do a one off discount on bad batches. Annoyed to not get what I'm paying for. I have been buying their products for the last few years, but I'm going to second guess when I run out.

My nails turned were very brittle after my car accident couple years ago. And I started this last month and my nails are getting stronger. Great stuff to replenish essential nutrients that my body needs to make my nails strong and I couldn't believe it myself but using, seeing my nails getting stronger is the best feeling.

I purchased this on a whim and saw no difference in my hair or nails after using one bottle. My hair is fine (not thinning) and I usually lose a considerable amount throughout the day; after taking these vitamins for 30 days, I did not notice any new baby hairs and still lost the same amount of hair. My nails break every week and they're still doing that. I suppose if I took them for 3 months, there might be a difference but I wasn't willing to invest. I'm willing to try Mary Ruth's other vitamins that address hair growth, however.

I’ve taken these daily for 3 months and they’re actually working! I typically have slow growing hair and nails but these have been so good for them. They taste like candy so it’s not hard to remember to take them. The taste really does make a difference, otherwise it’s a bad experience and you skip taking the vitamins. And it’s vegan which is hard to find. Highly recommend!

I had thinning har really bad at 43 I had to wear extensions and was tired of doing that I saw this company on tik Tok , and I ordered their multi vitamin and this product together with it and let me tell you .... my hair is like night and day... it feels like I have hair now and im not embarrassed, my extensions are now out! Use the two products together and you'll definitely see an improvement for sure. it seems to always have low stock or be out so make sure you subscribe to save and get it as needed. taste delicious also. highly recommend

All I can say is WOW!!! I will never not have this on hand! My hair has been growing so quickly and for someone with curly hair this has been ultimately life changing. It tastes more like cotton candy than strawberry hut but they taste so good you’ll never have to worry about remembering to take them!

I have been a severe, severe nail biter for 30 years. After dozens of failed attempts to stop the habit I finally made it past 30 days with no biting. AND I had to clip my nails with a nail clipper twice - I’ve never done this in my life! I have MRO to thank for helping my nails grow quickly and strong. I know I’ve got a long way to go before I fully break the habit but this has helped motivate me. I don’t have a “before” picture because it was so bad I did anything to hide my hands from cameras - just google “severe nail biting” and know that my hands were worse.
