MaryRuth's Oil of Oregano Drops, Org, 1 oz

This is a pure product, no refrigeration required. It can temporarily sting if it comes into contact with mouth, very unpleasant! I forgot, oil and water don’t mix! Rough reminder. I couldn’t mask the intense flavor in a beverage or with food, so I found it best for me to put into a capsule. The recommended dosage fits perfectly in a #3 capsule.

I use 1-2 drops with ozone oil pulling liquid and it helps with keeping my oral hygiene healthier. I also take a drop or two to help with parasite cleansing or when I feel inspired to. It’s very strong. So strong I could smell it from inside the box and whenever I’m near it. It also burns if it hits the tongue if you drop it directly in the mouth-just chase it with water. I just started taking Mary Ruth’s Liposomal vitamin c which I really like so I thought to try this when looking for a OOO product. Her products are pricey but so far the quality seems worth it.

This product is great for gut health and killing off candida. It is strong but if you have something else ready to drink right after, it’s not bad.

I have some my friend actually brought it for me. It's very strong. so I don't recommend five drops, do two or one.

I know this is diluted with olive oil as a carrier and I know olive oil has allot of benefits, but y gut health is finally 20xs better. I won't go into details but after a month of taking this once in the morning, my body does what it is supposed to do. I have had issues with my gut since I was a teenager.

I will say, this product doesn’t have the most pleasant taste or aftertaste but that’s the nature of this beast. We found taking it with pineapple or OJ worked best. In a matter of 0 minutes, I noticed a reduction in my congestion. Within 2 days, I was symptom free. It’s worth mentioning that I am a nurse so I am very skeptical of what I and my family puts in their bodies. I lean toward supplements in times of dis-ease and per usual Mary Ruth’s delivered. I can’t sing enough praises here. My husband, who doesn’t have a cold, also took Oil of Oregano for his season allergies and saw a decrease in discomfort almost immediately. When you order, grab the iron, zinc and probiotics while you’re at it. There aren’t better out there!

I got back to using Oregano Oil when I saw Mary Ruth can provide it! This item can sometimes be difficult to find. It works so well for my immune system and I highly recommend it. Some people put it in a capsule. I deal with it and add it to my Emergen-C water. This can be very strong tasting but it’s quick! Try it for your immune system!

I love this oregano oil. It's very Potent. When my house is sick, we use this as a kick in the pants. We also put a few drops on our belly button and let it soak for a bit. It's a powerful, natural item to have in the house.

I enjoy using this product and it helps us a lot when we feel like we are getting sick we take some and either we don’t get as sick or it doesn’t last that long. ☺️

I use regular oil every day and I have for several years I like the product that you can get from Mary Ruth I think it's good quality and I would recommend it.

This oil of oregano is absolutely amazing, it has a very strong aroma and flavor I bought it initially because I’ve heard how good it can be as a natural pain killer and have struggled with painful periods and this oil completely blocked my pain I felt amazing and so relieved to have had an easier cycle!
