I’ve just recently started taking this because I read it helps with energy. I supplement it with the daily liquid multivitamin. I’m in my mid 40’s and have been struggling with energy. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels. I’ve read it also helps with weight loss but I don’t think I’ve been taking it long enough to see the effects of that yet.

I'm taking this to help with hashimoto's. I think this may have been the ticket to better energy and a few lbs of stubborn weight released. I don't want to make claims I can't back up, but I do know I'll be purchasing this again. I put on a pair of shorts that had gotten a little small and was flabbergasted--they had room to spare. I've been taking this about 3 weeks. I take it daily in the AM with about 4oz of water. The taste is palatable--a little herbal and seedy (what do we expect?). I also eat clean, exercise daily and hydrate. I believe this has been the difference in releasing some stubborn lbs s/p turning 40.
