MaryRuth's Vitamin D3+B12 Gummies, Sugar Free Raspberry, 60 ct

My husband and I are loving these! I’m extremely deficient in vitamin D so I especially love the amount of units this vitamin has. The flavor and consistency is also great! I’m very intrigued for when I get my blood drawn again. Will definitely be keeping these as a staple in our supplements!

Unfortunately, a lot of these gummies contain coconut oil and we have allergies to nut products. I wish there was a different ingredient instead of coconut oil in these products

I’m B12 deficient, and have to have weekly injections. These gummies along with my injections have brought my B 12 levels about 400 points higher than it was (I was below 200, now I’m at 600) over the past 3 months.

Would be perfect if the gummies did not clump together in the bottles. Extremely difficult to separate.

I started taking these being a vegan in New England but now I take them all year round. You can't tell they are sugar free either, I actually accidently bought the sugar free one and I'm glad I did. My kids love them too.

This is the first time me trying these out but was disappointed that the gummies were all stuck together. Not sure if these were old or what but did struggle to get them out of the bottle or pull them apart.

It's helpful that the containers have different colored caps. I purchase 4 different types of gummies vitamins.

I absolutely love these gummies! Ever since I went almost fully vegan and stopped eating meat and dairy products, I've been taking these. They taste so good; I could eat all of them, and they're soft. Despite being quite pricy, I think they are still worth it and will continue to repurchase.

I had been looking for vegan gummy vitamins that actually tasted good. I HATE swallowing vitamins whole, and I'd just stopped taking them. I found these, and now I've ordered a new bottle too! Can't wait for them to arrive. They taste good, and that's coming from a picky eater. 10/10 would recommend!

this tastes so good just like candy! Sugary sweet and effective!! I notice an immediate uptick in my energy after having one or two of these. I know it is bioavailable because of the increase of energy. My boyfriend ate these and said he likes them too and he is usually so picky. Happy customers here

I found this company a few months ago as I’m a vegetarian trying to get away from animal products that seem to be in everything. They taste great and work really well. I have run out of these a few times and I definitely feel less healthy, well and energetic if I don’t take them for a few days. I love that they’re vegan!

These taste good and I like that they are vegan. However, the big thing that gives me pause is the amounts per serving. The Supplement Facts on the bottle indicate that each gummy contains 125% of your recommended daily value of vitamin D3 (a little high, considering that vitamin D toxicity is a thing), and 10,417% of the recommended daily amount of B12! This just seems WAY too excessive and potentially dangerous to be taking every day, so I have not felt comfortable with more than one a week. The Mayo Clinic's website states that high doses of B12 can cause headache, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or weakness, and tingling sensation in the hands or feet. Given these potential side effects, I don't understand why these gummies need to contain an overdose of either vitamin -- 100% of the DV is plenty! @Mary Ruth's - Please consider decreasing the amounts contained to more reasonable levels of vitamins D and B. Otherwise, I'm sorry to say, I don't feel comfortable continuing to take them.
