That is to say that mixing is always a little tricky as the powder likes to clump. The flavor was good but would never be confused with a chocolate Malt. I found the flavor was pleasant when mixed with my almond milk. Not great when I mixed it with water. I used it within 20 minutes after my heaviest workouts to help rebuild muscle. When used regularly, I believe that it did help me build muscle as I did notice more definition after three weeks. I would recommend the powder to work out enthusiast!

I am 5’0, 95 pounds so the recommended amount is a little hight for me. I find myself not fully putting the recommended amount in, I tend to go with a less amount and have found it is still a very great product.
