Any activities I do result in my metabolism taking over and I am unable to eat enough calories to keep up. I am tall, skinny, and in my 30s and need to supplement any lack of calories with a weight gainer. I like the taste of Muscletech weight gainer. The vanilla is light and mixes fully after an initial shake, then 2 or 3 minutes later I shake it again. Being that I am 140lbs and skinny I do not use 6 scoops per drink, I use 2. I'm also not sure how I could get 6 scoops in a 20oz shaker. I would need a big boy shaker if I wanted to take the recommended amount.

I got the Vanilla Milkshake flavor, which makes its a very easy way to to get some extra protein during bulking season. I mixed it with milk, and the powder mixed well, no chalky aftertaste or weird clumps in the drink. Overall, this is a great and easy way to get some mass, would definitely recommend it.

The full dose is a lot for me so I cut it in half and it’s perfect. I take the other half serving during the day to supplement my macros. The vanilla flavor is smooth and tastes great. One of the reasons I really like this product is I personally prefer a higher protein content/ratio along with the high carb which this product has unlike most mass products. I struggle eating well balanced meals throughout the day with my erratic work schedule so this really helps me get the right macros I need throughout the day.

I used it for a couple weeks and following the instructions ran out after that. It tastes alright though. Just not what i was hoping for

If you mix this with skim milk you are looking at 1500 calories and 60 grams of protein. If you want to gain muscle you need protein. Also included in this shake are the important BCAAs, glutamine, and creatine. Together they provide the nutrition your body needs do gain muscle. This is for serious gainers!!

Vanilla is okay prefer chocolate but I recommend! Love this and will use it as I cycle for growth. The calories are high which is amazing. Need more servings as it goes fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the taste of this mass gainer. I used 2 Scoops in the morning with 24 ounces of water when I wake up. Then two more scoops with 24 ounces of water post work out which is about 8 PM each evening five days a week and on both off days I have it in the morning and I skip the post work at one. I feel it helps me recover and most of all the flavor is so pleasurable I look forward to drinking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past, I have not always been a big fan of mass gainers or whey protein in general for the lack of mixability and lack of taste. It is a big pet peeve of mine to have clumps or where the product does not mix properly. This was the first thing that I noticed with the product is that it mixed fairy well. I used almond milk instead of skim milk as my base and I would mix 3 scoops in a normal shaker cup. I would do this twice in order to get the full serving size recommended. I am sure it would have been a little easier to throw all 6 scoops in the blender and have at it. With that being said, the mass gainer did not clump. I was a little leery about the flavor being vanilla milkshake. In past experiences, flavors like these always seem to disappoint especially vanilla. As a golden rule, I would only buy chocolate flavors as a safe bet for taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. It was very very tasty and one that I could see myself drinking frequently without getting sick of the flavor. I will say it is a lot to drink, but that is an expectation as it is a mass gainer with over 1,500 calories packed in it. For those that may not be able to drink all of it in one sitting, you could split the drink in half to help alleviate the fullness. I have to say that I love the mass gainer and noticed that my weight and muscle fullness definitely started climbing during use. I only wish there was more than a 7 day supply because I can only imagine what 'Mass-ive Gains' I would have in a month of consuming the mass gainer. If you are a hard gainer or someone looking to put on some solid mass, do not pass this one up. Give it a try!!

I’m actually going through a bulk right now @ about 4,000 calories a day. I struggle sometimes getting all my calories/macros in for the day and this product has definitely helped. It’s cost efficient and has a great taste! I split the serving in half and make two shakes for the day. I usually blend a banana or blueberries, and add peanut butter for some extra fat/calories. Great product and I definitely recommend for those hard gainers out there!!

Perfect mix of carbs with high quality protein and now I don’t have to take creatine because it has 5 grams per serving. It mixes well with no clumps and the vanilla tastes great with water. I also use this as a meal replacement with milk (tastes even better) when I’m on the go and leaves me satisfied for 2-3 hours. Highly recommend if you are trying to put on muscle.

I will say that the vanilla one smells great and taste just as good. It is a bit bulky so just mix a little bit more milk or water in it but other than that it’s great. I definitely have seen some weight gain and I am a hard gainer. I will be buying a second container and hopefully keep gaining weight. Overall, It is one of my favorites.
