I like this protein powder comes with BCAA and creatine as many don't so your stuck buying them separately. Great taste especially blended with ice and 1%milk! Definitely seeing results that I am going for!

I had to run out the door and it was so terrible since I didn't read the instructions. Since that incident I actually use less than recommended because it fills me up pretty quickly. The vanilla flavor is rich but super yummy!

It mixes well although you will either shake for a minute or it is best to use an electronic frother to help. The taste is okay, not terribly chalky but it isn’t the smoothest powder I’ve tried either. I do like that it also includes BCAAs for muscle recovery. It is better mixed with almond milk versus water.

I don't care for the vanilla taste as it tastes kind of artificial to me. It seems to give me energy, so I would buy it again to mix in my smoothies but not stand alone.

It mixes rather easily in my shaker bottles that I have, I didn’t have any issues with clumping or not dissolving. The only thing I did not enjoy too much is that does have a bit of a gritty texture as most non-whey protein powders do. But it’s still a good option to try.
