A: That's an excellent question! The Mico Car Seat has grey stroller release buttons located on each the side of the car seat. A: That's a great question! Strollers are solely designed for infant carriers. The Romi 2-in-1 falls under the classification of a Convertible Car Seat. Convertible Car Seats are not designed for strollers due to notable features such as: non-detachable bases and larger structure. They are not as compact and easy to manage as Infant Carriers are. Convertible Car Seats typically remain in the vehicle, while the child is transported in and out unless the seat needs to be installed in a different vehicle. After breaking my back carrying around my Nuna stroller in and out of the car, up and down steps, traveling in and out of airports, this stroller was finally the sigh of relief I needed as a new, busy mom. The Maxi-Cosi's Maxi-Taxi XT Ultra Compact Car Seat Caddy best features are that it is incredibly lightweight and easily foldable and transferable. Its design is utterly perfect for the parent who is busy and on-the-go, or one who travels frequently. We also found it perfect for our city-living lifestyle. What's best is that is connects easily with our Maxi-Cosi carseat, allowing for travel with a newborn to be seamless, and most importantly, to cut the strain off Mom's back! It conveniently comes with a cup holder for those cold morning coffee-type walks, and the basket at the bottom along with the additional storage pockets makes stowing things so easy. I love that there's no added adapters needed; I personally have forgotten adapters before causing so much added stress to travel. It doesn't take up too much space either, very fitting for my city apartment. All in all, I could not ask for a better car seat caddy. It has all the elements for our lifestyle: smooth riding, small and compact, lightweight, easy to assemble and convenient. Wish I had purchased this earlier.

And I really like that I can throw my usually heavy diaper bag on the handles and it doesn't tilt the stroller even when it's empty. Very sturdy and light weight. Def recommend!

Works great and easy with our Nuna car seat. Easy to fold and fit in the car too. My only concern and negative is it's NOT sturdy at all. At a standstill, you move the handle bars and it will rock. It worries me. The storage isn't "extra large" it barely fits a diaper backpack.
Easy to use. Baby was comfortable.

We love this caddy on multiple levels. First off, it is much much less bulky that in a full on stroller for city living and smaller apartments. It folds and becomes ultra compact, and to top it off it folds very easily. It is very light, to make it even better. One feature we didn't think of much but ended up being helpful, was the fact that it is self standing. No rolling down or making banging noises and waking up the baby! It has some nice small additions like few zippered compartments and a cup holder, not all necessary but for sure useful. Finally, it attaches and detaches very easily. So I think this is easily a great replacement for the stroller during the early stages and I wish this can stay with us into the seat stage. A great addition to our Maxi Cosi travel system and as trendy and useful as anything other more expensive brands try to advertise for.

This car seat caddy definitely gets some brownie points for being small and very compact, perfect to throw in your car when you are on the go and will need a stroller type of vehicle for your baby. Also, ideal for traveling especially to bring on flights! I will admit that what the caddy has in compactness there is a slight lacking in quality of the drive of the stroller. I also own an UPPA baby stroller and you can't even compare on the feel and maneuvering abilities of that. This caddy would be like a Honda while an UPPA is the Rolls Royce.

Would be nice if it had two (one of each side). I also like the amount of storage. I didn't think it would be enough, but it held the diaper bag and a jacket and snack. Also, the car seat clicked in so easily!

We received the Maxi Cosi 5:1 stroller originally. My only complaint for that system was the bulkiness. However, Maxi Cosi completely fixed that issue with the Maxi Taxi. It's so easy to switch the car seat to the stroller and the compact size of it makes traveling a breeze.

This caddy make going out with baby so easy! It is compact size makes it convenient and easy to travel with and store. You simply open and connect your car seat to the stroller and it is safe a secure and ready to roll! It's easy to open and when opened it has an extra large storage basket on the bottom with 2 smaller zipped compartments on front of basket for easy to find and store smaller item such as keys and wallet. Something I love and I haven't seen on many caddy's is a cup holder with this one has which is a must for stroller rides out for a walk on a trail or to the shops. The strong, sturdy wheels are built for different ground surfaces so you are set to go. Me and baby couldn't be happier with this caddy for our adventures!

Mine quit opening after being in the back of our truck in AZ. I guess the heat messed it up. It doesn't open anymore! I'm sad because this was a great compact and easy to use for my baby while taking care of my 2 year old also!!

The major thing I dislike about strollers is how bulky they are. Yes, they are helpful but they are either taking up all my trunk space or in the garage. This is a great solution since it allows you to easily move baby with their car seat directly to the stroller. No more waking baby up to move them when you need! It's super easy to use, both to get the seat in and out. I'm not sure if they make adaptors for other brands or not (we also have a Nuna car seat), but it would be great if they did! Love the storage space and the cup holder too. Only real downside is that if you use this with your car seat, it's life is limited since baby grows out of that quickly.

I recently went on a trip where I had to fly with my baby girl and I cannot tell you how difficult it is to travel with a baby. You have to check in the stroller at the gate and carry around the car seat on the plane. It's honestly a lot to deal with, especially when you also have to carry your personal belongings and your baby with you. Maxi- Cozsi gifted me the Maxi-taxi XT ultracompact car seat caddy in exchange for my honest opinion and I am so happy that they did because it has made my life traveling a lot easier. Instead of carrying both a stroller and car seat around with my toddler I was able to pop the car seat into my Maxi-taxi and store my babies belongings in the come apartment at the bottom. When I got to the gateI simply unhook the car seat from the Maxi-taxi and walked onto my seat. This transaction was so much easier than it has been in the past and I will never travel without this Maxi- taxi XT again. It is truly compact and although I love my Maxey car seat stroller prefer to travel with a Maxi- taxi instead.

We have the huge Uppababy Vista and love this one for when we have to take cabs as the caddy is lightweight and small. It is still very sturdy and comes with the same wheel locking functionalities of the Uppababy monster. We use this caddy with the Mico XP car seat and it is so easy to plug and unplug. Will be also taking for a plane trip in the near future, so we can store the legs on the upper storage compartment and put the car seat on its own seat or floor. We are using for a newborn and first perfect.
