Q: Does the screen wake if it detects crying? If so, is there a way to turn that off and only have audio or an audio gauge?
A: Hello, thank you for your questions! If using the app on your mobile phone, background audio can be enabled/disabled. If using the parent video unit it is only functional while on.

Q: How does the wall mount work? Can you easily remove/move the device off the wall when you need the monitor elsewhere? And the put it easily back on the mount?
A: That's an excellent question! We're incredibly grateful for your interest in our brand. The monitor is seamlessly removable by pushing up on base from the mount. When reattaching the monitor, the click must be heard to ensure monitor is engaged and secure to mount.
