First time buying this formula. Like how nit makes my lashes longer (used on top only) but not how it flaked off under my eyes after a few hours. Will not buy again.

Okay I just could not get this mascara to do what I wanted it to do. I wouldn't say it's a bad mascara I'm just one of those people that needs mascara to blow me away when I use it the first two or three times. I'm not someone who wants to wait two or three weeks until it dries up a little bit to be perfect. Maybe that's the case with this or maybe it's just the formula is not what I expected but usually I'm used to a dryer formula especially when it comes to waterproof and curl so it just wasn't for me. But that could just be my personal preference.

I'm posting this as a PSA: This a waterproof mascara is the absolute WORST mascara I've tried in my life! Paid what I thought to be an ample amount of money for a mascara to wear to a special event. I read the claims and compared to others at the store. I ended up looking ridiculous, especially since I took time and care in product choice and application to look my very best. Smudges under my eyes. How can this be called waterproof if it doesn't even stay on with normal wear? I couldn't stand to toss it, so I wore it to work, and at the end of the day, I looked sooo tired --- once again, the dark settling under my eyes. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your money. My first mascara was Great Lash and I used plenty of Maybelline over the years, so I'm not sure what in the world went wrong with this product.

I love(d) this mascara and have been using for years with no complaints. The last three times I’ve purchased the waterproof it ALWAYS smudges under the eyes by the end of the day, even without sweating/eyes watering. Something has changed. So disappointed.

I have used this mascara (the waterproof version) for YEARS. I’ve tried others, and keep coming back to this one. It doesn’t flake, and rarely smudges. I work outside with dogs, and only get slight smudges. It isn’t hard to take off if I use an oil cleanser, and then my regular cleanser after. Totally worth it!

I don’t think this looks good on although I bought it because my sister in law recommended it and it looked good on her so maybe it’s just me. It doesn’t come off very good with just regular soap and water which I don’t like. Seems like you have to use makeup remover and I don’t ever use make up remover so if you are like me you probably won’t like this.

I just stopped having lash extensions. The brush for this mascara is terribly thin and I am having difficulty applying mascara. The worst mascara I have used.

So I guess I’m in the minority because I don’t like this mascara a lot. I guess I’m used to a much bigger wand and brush. This one seemed so tedious to apply. I was disappointed because I thought the curved would be great & easy application but no. Formula was decent. Pretty hard to get off though. Had to use both oil & oil free eye makeup remover. Not a fan.

The waterproof version of this mascara is such an underrated hidden gem. It holds a curl, it doesn’t flake, and it gives natural looking full lashes. I double cleanse (oil then foam cleanser), and this comes off easily. It’s also super cheap, so no excuses around replacing every couple of months. I have tried tons of other formulas, but I always come back to this.
