It helps reduce any swelling and is super comfortable. It also fits just right-not too loose, but also not too tight. I would highly recommend it.

It fits my knees too, so I wore it there, and it relieved my pain. I froze it for 30 minutes as directed in the bag provided, and it gave me the much-needed relief after a hectic day. I felt so good and didn't expect it to work this well. I highly recommend this as it's good quality, but be sure to check your size correctly.

The Flex Ice Compression Sleeve fits my smaller sized foot/ankle. I’ve been leaving it in my freezer, then using after a long day on my feet. It feels really good, I wish they made one big enough for my whole body. Haa haa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits my size 9 and 1/2 shoe women's and my husband's foot which is a 12 and a half wide so this will fit everybody it is so durable and once it goes in the freezer it doesn't get stiff it just gets so cold and it feels amazing! If you plantar fasciitis you will love this forever and you will never stop using it! Wow it really changed my life and my husband's!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The McDavid Flex Ice Therapy Ankle Compression Sleeve offers decent relief for ankle pain with its flexible ice packs and good compression. However, the sleeve didn't fit as expected and felt a bit too tight. Adjustability could be improved for a better fit and comfort. Despite this, it still provided some effective cold therapy.

It does a good job at staying cold but it was too tight on my ankle so I didn't like wearing it for a long time. So it was a little uncomfortable. I probably should of got a bigger size

If you suffer from recurring ankle sprains like me then this is worth the try! It's easy to slide on and stays cold for 30 minutes. The box says you can also heat it up but I haven't tried that yet.

My friend is a PT and recommended ice treatment for my ankle after I run or hit legs since I suffer from tendinitis. I like this sleeve but it actually stays cold for a while but more importantly it's re-usable which is nice because I need to ice my ankle like every other day or pretty much any time I exercise. So I'm happy with the ice sleeve!

Awesome product for icing ankle joint. It is too big, and not right all around. I am a size 10.5 women’s foot and would have ordered next size down. But it does hold cold for about 10-15 min and feels as cold as ice. Love the product otherwise!

I purchased two of these Flex ice therapy sleeves, one for home, one for work. I appreciate the overall effect of continuous cold over a large area, but the sleeves are not small enough for a smaller person. When I use one on my ankle, there is a gap between the sleeve and the top of my foot. The sleeve fits better on my elbow, but could be tighter to really feel the cold. That said, the sad thing is that the sleeves come in cheap plastic interlocking opening bags that are essential to use of the product but are difficult to close and seal completely. McDavid should have more pride in their product and use a good quality plastic bag with a zipper closure. Also essential to the use of the product is a paper label on the plastic bag with important usage instructions. On one sleeve, the label was already off when I opened the box. On the second sleeve, the label was half off and half torn. Use a proper, solid label, or print readable text on the bag itself. You may want to save money, but these shortcuts cheapen your product.

Great ice sleeve for foot/ankle therapy. Turns out it also works very well on a forearm bee sting! Reusable over and over 👍

My wife injured the her toes tendon sheaves while getti by impact. The result was like a sprain to the upper portions of the foot. While rehabbing, the tendons continued to swell causing enough pain the curtail her usual sports. We see the compression sock that offers both heat (microwave) and cold (freezer) treatments. Rehab has accelerated tremendously! Thanks so much for this innovative treatment tool!!
