If I need it tight I can make it like that and then when I need it to be loose I can adjust it while still having the support I need. It is thick and still breathable. I can wear it for as long as I need it throughout the day

I would not recommend this to a friend as I needed a second person to help me get this on. It does seem thick and durable and like it would hold up to washing well but I haven’t washed it myself yet.
Great support for people with bad knee joints.

The support is great and helped me throughout the stuff. My only downside to this is the fit, though. I got an l/xl. My thighs are too thick, and so is my calf. If you have bigger legs, maybe try a different brand unless they make stuff bigger than "l/xl." Other than that, not a bad product.

The Mcdavid knee brace with hinges offers a ton of support while exercising. It offers enough flexibility for me to row while preventing rotation of the knee that was causing pain. One thing to note for size, I am 6’ 3” 200 lbs and the XL brace works for me but it is snug. Can’t wait to use this brace during my summer activities.

He’s over 6 ft tall and said it fits really well and is easy to put on. After wearing it to work, he said the brace itself is really nice - it’s tighter and sturdier than the other two he has, and that it helped a lot. Overall his knee feels better which is a big win-it’s now his go to!
For the price it is the best in the market

Luckily, the McDavid knee braid has eased that discomfort by bringing support and stability to my knee. My knee feels stable and secure and I'm able to continue doing my activities, it's held up well! Its not irritating on the skin and provides mobility!
