This product was purchased during a McKesson special sale, to determine whether this would be a potential alternative to what we were using and be a better value. They are a good product but did not quite check all of the boxes for our needs. We were comparing these to NORTHSHORE's GoSupreme Overnight which we have found to be hard to beat. Although McKesson would be okay if we could not access Northshore its failing for us are the FIT not being as snug around the gathered legs allowing for leaking more readily. The diaper itself isn't as THICK or ABSORBENT, so moisture will seep through. Used along with an Abena Pad still does not make for a dry morning. Doubling the PADS could work, but then the VALUE that we were after is no more. These could be perfect for those with a smaller volume to contend with, but when we've used all of these, we will go back to Northshore.

Good for my 84-yr old mother who has bowel incontinence. Could use more coverage around the legs and bottom areas for leakage but it's better than the popular brand names she's worn previously.

This was a last minute purchase for my mom in rehab. She hated the briefs they provided. They were unless. This product did the job great. Simply Medical have us a great price and had it here 2 days early. I am about to reorder.
