It’s so easy to add to my morning protein shake or coffee. It gives me tons of energy and even though it’s a form of fat, it doesn’t feel heavy or gross and I don’t have any tummy issues digesting it. It’s a great way to add some healthy fats to my diet. I’ve been using this in my routine for a month now and have no complaints. I’ve been on a weightloss journey for the past year and I really think this is making a difference for me.

I like to snack and not even realize it, so I would take a tablespoon of the oil and have a small snack like crackers and some cheese and realize this would help me keep my weight where I want it to be. The consistency of it was good and the bottle itself lasted a long time. The mocha flavor was perfect.

MCTs are supposed to be metabolized quickly by your liver and encourage the use of fat for energy rather than for storage.
