I was looking to see what the interior space would be for this shadow box but couldnt find a straight answer. I figured I could buy this, post the dimensions, and then modify it to fit my project if needed. It is a little small, definitely not 1.5" deep of workspace height. There is also a foam base layer glued onto the backing, I removed that for more vertical room. If you're not planning to remove that foam, then subtract 8mm from the height. Interior workable dimensions are (LxWxH, without padding/styrofoam): 7.125" x 7.125" x 0.65" 181mm x 181mm x 16.5mm Hopefully this helps someone. Overall decent frame, but the dimensions stated on the product page are definitely not for the interior space.

Worked perfect for what I wanted it for, including a matchbook and 5x7 photo. It was packaged really well, cardboard on the corners and hanger. I love the swivel holders on the back instead of the cheap bendy kind. It lost a star because the non-frame part is plastic.

Not true to measurements. I wish I had read the reviews instead of trusting that Target would sell something with an appropriate item description. This will not fit my 8x8 paper art.

Great quality of a frame, but not 8x8 like the title says. 8x8 prints will not fit in this.
