Q: What KIND of plastic are these bins made of? Polypropylene? HDPE? Something else? I need to know if they can be used for attic storage and get through a Texas summer without distorting.

I have several of these totes that are used to store smaller items, such as old yearbooks, toys, crafts, and seasonal decor. Pros: They are sturdy and take far less space than full-sized totes. Cons: The latch lid is easily opened by a toddler. They cost the same as the 66 quart totes.

So far they are great! I am a teacher. So I got these bins to organize my read alouds by month. These are a big enough to hold different kinds of books. Some reviews said that the stickers were hard to get off and I tried it. Yes they leave a residue. If you are a teacher that is a no go! So I looked it up and if you add cooking oil on top of the sticker for 5 mins and slowly pull it will come off smoothly. You're welcome! And yes! You need these for your class. Lol
