I've taken these pills for 2 months and I intensely feel the difference when I forget to take them in the afternoon before winding down to go to bed. These pills give me the best sleep. I'm a mom of 3 kids and I've had trouble sleeping for the past few years. These pills make me so calm and let me sleep throughout the night. I still wake up every now and then to use the bathroom or check up on the kids, but I can go right back to sleep after! These are amazing and I will keep on purchasing!

I love these. Gentle on stomach and for me they help to keep my mood calm, and to relax me in the evenings for bed. I went through a thing for a year or so when I was having heavy heart palpitations and arrhythmia in the early evenings for hours and that has completely subsided with these supplements ( as well as Megafoods iron supplement) I am so grateful. The positive effects are very noticeable.

Great product. Doesn’t give me diarrhea right other supplemental magnesiums. The capsules are a little bit and I don’t love taking too but again I am happy they don’t give me diarrhea or cramping. I occasionally get leg cramps and I believe this product helps alleviate them.

These work to good! When I’m having trouble sleeping I take 2 and I fall asleep so fast! It says take 2 anytime but I wouldn’t suggest that since for me it makes me feel sooo sleepy
