quite literally the best tasting vitamin gummy i’ve ever had. yes they are sour (as advertised), but it’s literally like eating sour candy. and the grape flavor? gas. have repurchased multiple times, and shall continue to repurchase.

If it’s too good to be true believe it. These are much cheaper than most Magnesium gummy vitamins and it’s because they contain only 22mg Magnesium. You’d have to take five of these for a normal dose.

Super sour, I can't stand it! I took two today one in the morning and one after lunch. I felt super sleepy and woke up during a nap with a racing heart! I will not be taking these again.

It was recommended that I try magnesium glycinate for hot flashes/night sweats and trouble sleeping. It took about 4 days before I noticed them working. They do relax me and help me fall back asleep easier. The night sweats are still there but resolve quicker and are not as intense. The texture is like a soft gummy. The taste is why I removed a star...these things are sour and sometimes I cant finish chewing them so I swallow them down with some water. They remind me of those sour patch kids without the sweetness. If you can get past the taste they are a great value and seem to be working well.

It really did help with relaxation and sleep, which is exactly what I was looking for. Also, for people who are upset at the labeling. Magnesium glycinate and bisglycinate only contain at most about 14% elemental magnesium, so this is the only truly accurate glycine label I’ve ever seen. Even if another label says 350 mg of magnesium glycinate per serving, you’re only getting about 45-50 mg of actual mag. If you want magnesium, get mag oxide, it has about 60%!

Despite saying "200mg per serving" these only have 22mg of magnesium per serving. The 200mg is of the "magnesium gycinate" of which a huge proportion is apparently glycine. A serving of these (two gummies) has less magnesium than a cup of milk or a quarter cup of brown rice. There is WAY more sugar in these than there is magnesium and a serving is 25 calories. My mistake for buying without researching more, but the labeling definitely is misleading.

Natures Truth is lying… they use extremely deceptive labeling on this product. You think you’re getting 200mg of Magnesium, as labeled on the bottle. But a serving is only 22mg. I could understand if the serving size got you UP to 200mg, but 2 gummies equates to 22mg. You’d have to take 10 to actually get 200mg. It’s really confusing, and I’m sure intentional. I searched all over this bottle to understand the serving size, and it just got more and more confusing. They taste really great! And the price was awesome. But will probably return them and get a product that is honest about the serving size.
