[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a life changer for me. I've suffered from insomnia on and off most of my life. This powder helps me relax to fall asleep pretty quickly, and more importantly fall back asleep quickly when waking up in the middle of the night. The only annoying part is the packaging. The tub is approx 4.5" tall, and when first opened, the powder only filled 2" high. So, LESS than half full! It makes reaching down into the tub to get the little scoop more difficult than necessary and takes up 2x as much space as needed in my tight kitchen. Wasteful, and feels like they are trying to make it look like more product than it is for no reason.

this product is delicious and easy to consume. My only issue is that is that the texture can be a bit chalky and unpleasant when drinking and it does not incorporate perfectly into the water every time. Definitely good for someone who needs an easy to take magnesium suppliment without the hassle of pills.

Directions say not to mix in hot beverages. You just have to use a little water to swirl the remaining bits loose. It does taste good.

Taste is adequate, but the formula does not blend. I tried using an electric handheld drink stirrer, but the magnesium would not mix with water and clogged up my stirrer. I have used other magnesium powders before that would blend nicely, therefore, I will be looking for an alternative option. I love MegaFood supplements, but this powder was not doing the trick for me.
