Synthetic b12. I started taking this thinking it was a “whole food” vitamin. It does have food sources but for whatever reason they use cyanocobalamin. At first, I did not realize this, and I started having a lot of symptoms like brain fog, and in inflammation of my hip. Burning pain in my leg I finally decided to check out all my supplements and see what was in them and I found cyanocobalamin. as soon as I stopped taking it, the symptoms went away.
