This is a staple in our house! Myself, husband and our 18 y/o daughter started using this product towards the end of the pandemic. The benefits of zinc go beyond immunity basics. Zinc promotes healing (cut, scrapes, stiches, acne, blisters) and is wonderful for your skin overall. My daughter noticed a difference in her complexion after we ran out (she thought I was crazy when I told her it could help)! I am celiac so I have absorption issues and taking most synthetic supplements is pointless & a waste of money. I also appreciate that the price points on everything! To find a quality product that is equally effective & economical (and lets not forget, in an amber GLASS bottle!) is unheard of, anymore. For these reasons, I will keep coming back to do business with a company that I can actually feel good about!

These are bulky tablets with rough edges. Swallowing them is painful and it feels like they are scraping my throat and esophagus. Yikes. It actually feels like injury happening. I like other products from this brand, but these zinc tablets need to be smaller or smoother.
