Q: Is the protective cover waterproof? The insert in the packaging with my pillow says the cover is machine washable but the insert spot clean only. Can the entire pillow be machine washed without damage?

A: I can't say for sure, but it seems like the foam must be in the middle with the down on both sides, because it's soft to the touch, like down, but supportive when I lay on it, like foam.

We really like this pillow. We’ve always been on the hunt for comfortable firm pillow that didn’t hurt our neck, this one does the trick! It’s firm, but not too firm. It gives our neck enough support while our neck muscle still feeling natural when lying on it. We are both side and back sleepers and this pillow works for any of our sleeping positions. It’s also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this!

So far this pillow is great. If the shape holds out, this could be my favorite pillow ever! It is firm yet soft. I start out as a side sleeper and end up sleeping on my back. With other “firm” pillows, they are not soft enough for the side sleeping and end up flat when I am sleeping on my back. This causes me to have terrible headaches. The first night with this pillow was wonderful! Perfectly soft for side sleeping and still elevated my head during back sleeping. So far, I am in Love!!

I have C4 C5 cervical injury. My sleep has been off for almost 5 months. I’ve tried the ergonomic pillow on TikTok, it was ok but I noticed a couple days ago that my pain was increasing from using that pillow. So I did a little research and found this pillow. I read a review from someone who also has neck injury and they raved about the rest they got on the first night. I ordered it, slept on it and am VERY pleased. It has only been 1 night but I only woke up to use to the restroom vs waking up to stretch my neck and adjust my pillows all night. Do you understand this is like night and day, pun intended. I was a little apprehensive bc the pillow is so firm but once you lay on it, you’re being beckoned to sleep. I swear to god, I want to order another one. I will wait til the end of the week after several nights of sleeping to help make that decision but for now - this pillow has saved my neck and allowed me to get substantial rest!

I’ve spent over $120 on a SINGLE, popular memory foam pillow, and this blows that brand out of the water. Go Casaluna, folks. I have a degenerative disc, bone on bone C5 &C6, and when I tell you nothing brings me comfort but this pillow, and it’s been ONE night of sleeping on it. I woke up in the middle of the night for the first time in…God, I don’t know how long it’s been, but I felt absolutely no pain. I’m a hairstylist, so I have neck and shoulder issues, and feel absolutely fabulous right now. Thank goodness I didn’t look at the negative reviews on here and decided to purchase these pillows. I’ll see how long the support lasts, and whether the memory foam is able to withstand pressure over time, and review in a few months to gauge longevity. As for right now? 10/10 best sleep you’ll get, especially if you have neck and back issues.

This is the hardest most awful pillow ever. Woke up many times with neck tension and a headache. My husband had to go sleep on the couch because of the pain. Returning as soon as possible,they’re genuinely terrible…and expensive.
