I wanted to like them as they appear cushy but unfortunately, these socks arrived with a chemical smell that I could not tolerate at all. I don't know if something spilled on them or if it is something in the m aterial but even after trying to wash them the smell would not come out and there is no way I want to put these on my son's feet.

The socks are soft and comfortable. Also feel oddly "fragile," which is not a word I've ever associated w/ socks. I have really severe heel cracks, and I'm probably harder on socks than most. Still, I have not never seen socks that "shed" this much. I walk around in just socks in my office, and, after a few wks, I noticed that the carpet in certain areas looked in explicably dark and almost black. I couldn't figure out why, until I remembered I had purchased these socks around the same time. I used my pet-hair vacuum on the carpet and, lo and behold, it pulled out a large amount of black fibers; I assume this was from these socks, since it's been months (if not over a yr) since I last purchased socks. It's disappointing (esp for a sock that's largely made of synthetic fibers).

These socks are thick and comfortable as heck. I think they are better for fall/winter months because they keep feet warm. They do have a toe seem that my son doesn't like but that means he won't steal my socks.

I bought these for my 15 year old son. They fit him perfectly. He says they are very comfortable. So far these socks have lasted for him. Other brands have gotten holes in them fairly quickly. So far so good with these! Very happy with these socks!

My son loved his new dark socks and I like the price better than some other products. The socks wear and feel the same as other products we've purchased and my son was content to wear them. My son has skin or tag/material sensitivity so trying new products is never easy. I like the color so I don't have to see dingy white socks worn to work (mechanic dirt/oil/grease). My son wears out socks quickly so I hope these tide him over for a while.

These socks are soft and comfortable. They didn’t stretch out and lose their shape after wearing. They also stayed up all day without sliding down. Usually new black socks leave a lot of residue on the feet and I really don’t like that. Thankfully these didn’t have that issue either.

Very soft and durable socks. They are thick enough to feel nice but not so much that your feet are too hot in them. Breathable and I like that they are reinforced in the heel and toe which is where I always burn out my socks first. Very comparable to the other big name brands on the market. I don't love the logo on the top of the feet, but that seems to be a common thing with most brands right now.
