The Quest store is laid out pretty well. The check out process is easy. Regarding this specific product, there are other options from other manufactures at or below this price point that are equal or better available. Nice looking packaging, though.

I think that this is a missed customer-first approach into product design. In my mind, this should be: your preference of cloth or silicone. If they believe Silicone is the best solution, just include that. If there is some real advantage to the one they are offering stock in the headset, then go for it. But putting a sub-par quality cloth that scratches your face to force everyone into buying an "upgrade" is just very poor product design. This almost feels like including square wheels on a car and "suggest" that you upgrade to cylindrical wheels for an obscene price. Just make this the default and be done with it. That said, it's still not free of issues, as it repels sweat, which means that now drops accumulate around it and on top of the surface. It's easier to clean, but you will be dripping into your mouth and ears with this approach.

I wish I had a picture of the silicone attachment for the MQ3 however, I bought it, and it broke within a few days of use. I am unsure how else to describe the product as it is adversed as sturdy and durable. Very sad to see that it is not.

The Silicone Facial Interface is way better than the original it comes with. It’s much more comfortable and easy to clean after use.

Would be good if it were a little more spongier, like the one it comes with (just with a silicone cover). That's my impression of it, because I tried one of the silicones you can put over the OEM, and I liked that. I got this one, though, because I think that one covered up the sensors.

Better than the fabric one, as far as longevity, since it won't soak up sweat and dirt. Fit feels a little weird, like it doesn't sit as flush on the face anymore, but worth it to be able to wipe it down.

This was very uncomfortable with the default Quest 3 strap. After I upgraded to a Bobo M3 Head strap the comfort level was phenominal!!! I can now wear it for hours!!!

This silicon guard is essential for exercising with the Quest. It does a surprisingly decent job of channeling sweat away from the eyes, though I still wipe it down every five minutes or so. You don't need to be exceedingly careful when swapping facial interfaces. The interface has plastic snaps designed to release when pulled straight outward.

This is far easier to clean than the addon version for quest 2. Very pleased with it.
