This is my go to when I have cramps. It is pretty effective for my level of pain and would recommend it if you aren’t in the need of stronger medication like prescribed by the doctor.

This is one of the only things that can get me through that time of the month. The caffeine in it helps a ton, and the tylonal helps with pain management. The package is super sleek and definitely worth the money. I’ll never use anything else

For me midol is definitely more effective than ibuprofen. My body seems to have grown a tolerance rly quickly to ibuprofen whereas that hasn't happened with middle. Takes abt half an hour to kick in but lasts a long time probably abt 6 hours. Which is a better deal for me than ibuprofen, also feel midol is stronger. I only use midol for period pain so I can only speak on that. .

Never had such bad side effects from a OTC medication , anxiety, tired, heart racing , diareah and still feel my cramps .. obviously different medications don’t work for everyone , just wanted to share my side effects .. I’ll stick to aleve :(

Took away my cramps within an hour and a half! And kept them away. Packaging is effective, my kids can not get into it. A good product for your bathroom cabinet, or anywhere really.

Found the Midol product to work better than ibprohen for strong cramps. Effective and they also carry a midol heat pack which is helpful also for cramps.

I DO NOT LEAVE MY HOUSE WITHOUT MIDOL. Relief in hand is an understatement. MIDOL is the best thing they made for woman when we go through our cycles. Every time I open up the bottle I hear it whisper “I love you, and I understand, here’s some relief.

I love midol it’s the only thing that helps with my horrible cramps during that time of the month. I always will repurchase this. I’ve tried other brands like Motrin and pamprin nothing has worked like midol for me.
