These are really helpful for mild cramping. I was able to go about my day without noticing constant pain, and didn't have to worry about the patch losing heat or falling off. I don't think it will relieve terrible cramping, but the amount of heat is suitable for the kind of mild, consistent pain that I get. Using this patch gave me the relief and peace of mind to get through the day and take care of what mattered to me, rather than focusing on pain all day, and I'm glad I have them on hand.

These absolutely do not stick at all and give off a laughable amount of "heat".it fell off my leggings and off my underwear within an hour each time I tried to use these. They suck.

This product has been a lifesaver for me. It’s really effective and reliable - in tough moments I know I’ll be able to get through if I am able to use this product. Would definitely get it again.

I have really bad period cramps. It helps to ease some of the pain. Made me comfortable especially when I do not want to take medicine. It’s comfortable and easy to use. Recommend it for any females going through cramps.

These simply don't heat up. Don't know if it's a bad batch or what, but it was a complete waste of my money. I bought three boxes.... Only one patch warmed up at all at it was hard to discern if it came from my body heat or the patch itself.

Heated packs are everything when it’s that time of the month! Definitely works and helps when you need it! Good value and lasts a few hours! No noticeable scent which is good and stays in place where you need it most.

I love Midol products so I was really excited for this. I live with a heating pad for a week monthly. But these barely got hot, I was so sad.

Great concept and worked well for when I had to go to work but for period cramps it just wasn’t enough. It was comfortable. Probably wouldn’t buy again. Durable though and no strong smell.

I am not really a fan of these. I don’t think they helped with my menstrual cramps. I personally do not tend to use heat for cramps though. I do not think they lasted very long either.

I had bought 2 single use pouches, and the first one didn't give off nearly any heat, so I figured it may have been a fluke. As I went to try the second one I found the same issue. Directions say to stick it to your clothes, but they're not that sticky.

These Midol Heat Vibes pads are life-changing! It's convenient during that time-of-month and/or when you have certain ache-y spots. However, the heat doesn't stay as long as expected.

They work and it’s not a lie. So you basically peel the plastic off from the yellow heart patch and then place stick it to the front pf your undies and give 5-15mins and it starts warming up and last up to 8hr and going but don’t use it pass 8hrs.

These worked perfectly! Sometimes my cycle doesn’t hurt that much but is still an annoying pain so I’ll use one of these and it solves that for me without having to worry about dosage like you would have to with meds. When you’re up and moving around it’s the right amount of heat that you don’t feel it tremendously but still get the relief. I do wish you got more in a pack for the price.

So I just bought this a couple of days ago and I'm using it for the first time. This company did not think about the plus size girl because I put it on the place where it has the pain I feel the heat but it's not heating up where the pain is you need to make a bigger patch for plus size women.
