A: Yes. You must purchase the special chess board which comes in at a whopping $650! Not worth it. Don't get scammed and do not buy it

I initially was sent a used miko, I should've taken pictures... Contacted customer service, returned it, they told me they're sending a brand new one and guess what 😂😂😂😂 they sent the same one back, they tried to clean it, you can SMELL the cleaning chemicals, that is just CRAZY. I had the impression that I'd be getting a new product because that's just how america works, idk about india.... Anyway, I decided to keep it, emailed them back about compensation, I doubt they will. I ordered a bundle so I am still waiting for my ai chess board to ship, I have heard from people though that it doesn't exist 😂 the company is a joke, the app on miko3 isn't too bad, I still wouldn't recommend it, get your child a tablet because that's all this thing is. It also turned on at midnight, I JUST fell asleep. I have sleep issues.... Don't buy it, support me in making sure the company goes bankrupt like moxie

This is meant to be a gift for my son. TARGET sent me a used MIKO, which has left me feeling really disappointed. When I opened the package, I could already tell it had been used, so I did not even bother taking the Miko out of the target box. Purchase this product elsewhere if you wish to. Additionally, the customer service is useless! They only advise me to drive to any Target store and personally return it; they have no idea how else to assist me.

Miko 3 support was outstanding. We bought it at an estate sale but it was associated with someone else's email address and phone number. So I reached out to support and they contacted the original owner and got permission to reset the device back to factory settings. It's now set up with my credentials on the app on my phone. The kids love it. Great product and even better support. Thank you Vinesh!

Miko 3 was our 3 year old’s potty training bargaining chip that worked GREAT! After he was potty trained he got “his robot” and we were thoroughly impressed by all the different games, apps and personalization Miko 3 can do. We have a lot of fun with it as an entire family and I love how it’s educational too. 5 stars for us and worth it!! I would say best age range is 2-6 years-old for this product.
